The fact that she can pronounce Earth correctly is impressive enough.
Unlike Laplis lol.
@@andrewvalentine6977 I still think Laplus really do like ass
bro she knows "axis"
she’s basically Hololive-EN at this point lol
Probably the benefits of a non Japanese English education when young. There are many things Japanese education does right, but alas English is not one of them.
anya melfissa from holo jp has some serious competition
at least Anya can speak Indonesia easily
That's impressive
also bae and irys
@@kawaiibatmanbtw Kanade is not from japan xD
@@tokomachi well yeah, and Anya is definitely from Japan.
@@kaiseseeingthings hmm... idk about bae actually but irys yeah
"yaknomsayn?" man..i love this dork 😂
Her English is quite excellent.
“i believe i can fly!” 😅
Her Japanese is also really good considering it’s not her first language either!
where is she from?
Shes from South Korea@@Kiara.step-daughter
@@1im1t3d she’s Korean! me too 🥹☺️
@@1im1t3d Is she japanese raised in Korea or is she actually korean?
@@user-sd2wc5uj3f Pretty sure she is natively Korean. Saw a clip of her talking about going through Korean school system.
Her English accent is cute, and her Japanese accent is also cute because she speaks Japanese as second language. Every language she speaks is all cute.
fr?? what is her first language?
@@beruangbuntu isn't it like Korean or something??
@@beruangbuntu Korean, she only moved to japan after joining hololive.
Wait, she's actual Korean? I thought she's a Japanese that learnt Korean through her piano teacher?
Yes she's actually Korean. She accidentally showcase her pc language and it was in Korean @@Ong.s_Jukebox
I love her "ey yo" 😂
She's the missing 5th Holo Justice member.
Justice? No.... advent
@@scottinmessyworld Advent has 5 girls already. Do you want 6 prison break rogues vs 4 law breaking polices?
@@cefcephatus lolol
@@cefcephatusjustice is already outnumbered or are we forgetting Hololive has a war criminal and a kusogaki looking to take over the world
@@puresoldier2052 Well, afak, the only real police I recognize in all this mess is Subaru. So whatever happens, Hololive is a criminal organization (metaphorically, don't ban them, CZcams). You might want to look up how Yakuza Business works... or just watch Yakuza game streams.
The “You know’m sayin’” thing got me 🤣🤣🤣
That made me burst out laughing so hard cause the way she said it was just so funny and really unexpected honestly lol.
💛💛💛💛
She might have picked up some AAVE, amazing.
@@tinma5066Everybody in the deep South says it that way lol
The fact that the way she said it didn't sound funny or unnatural is what caught me off guard...
The Entertainer is actually a good song candidate for the perfect BGM for Kanade LOL
2:00 Ela watches this cute balloon fly away 😄
It feels like she's in permanent 0.5 slowmode, while also her english pronunciation is 10/10 but her structure of her paragraph is JP/10. Making it extra adorable.
oh, yeah, ez, pz, okay and of course Haiyaaa~ - her most common words)
Eyooo broooo
Let's go
Also "you know what I'm sayin", "weeee", "galaxy brain"
@2:41 "I believe I can fly!" then flops into the water lol
Gives me flashbacks of Mumei’s first time with the elytra.
love her english!
YKNOWHAMSAYIN🤙🤙
I’m mostly here for the little noises she makes, like at the start of the video.
I love Kanalish(meaning Kanade-English, if you know what I mean.) also, I love how she says “kids these days, haiyaa”.
Technically one of the most fluent english-capable among JP members, also the most understood with 0.5 speech speed..😅
Ah should've added kobo's "oooh autism" at the end.
Missed opportunity. Sadge
"You know what i'm sayin'?"
-Kanade Otonose
You should see when she's thinking/calculating. She says like "Kanade Galaxy Brain!"
she doesn't need fireworks, she has chicken wings
I like the mix of "The Entertainer" and Pekora's BGM
She acts goofy, but she learned a lot from Kaela, and learned pretty fast. actually kinda smart.
Kanade’s English really works well because she is a slow speaker naturally. It also makes it easier for me to understand her Japanese as I can more easily pick out the words. Her voice is also just different from everyone else in Hololive so I don’t mixed her up with other JP members when speaking English.
better english than baelz
Her writing though
Well Baelz only knows Australian.
...hey now
It's like Kaela teaching a baby it's first words, and the baby sucks up everything like a sponge. And later it annoys it's parents with it. All day long. 😂
I think Kanade and Ririka know about EN Language
she is just too pure
Bro, she has native pronunciation, that's impressive
kanade's 50% speed in talking is probably related to how she is able to pronounce words correctly, she's actually a genius in that fashion
She is so lovely!!!!
Love your editing it's cute
I can't.. her face.. she's such a silly girl
idk if she's chill or she's mocking us
She high
I saw her at Anime Expo. I thought her panel was going to be in Japanese, but surprisingly, she was able to speak in English for the whole hour.
That's awesome! What did she talk about for the whole hour?
@@xanderclips She did a karaoke for most of it.
Kanade also asked who our oshi is, and most people in the crowd screamed, "Yagoo!" Kanade was so upset by this that she threatened to end the stream.
She asked where we are all from. Since AX is in LA, most people answered LA or California. Kanade thought LA and California were two different places; it wasn't until about halfway through her karaoke did she suddenly realize, "Wait, LA is in California?!" And everyone laughed.
Also, she streamed from Japan, so it was actually 4 AM her time when she was singing her karaoke. I really admire how early she got up to sing for us... I also hope her neighbors didn't mind, lol.
You can get the video in YT
Someone upload it
@@guyklc
>speak English the whole hour
>karaoke for the most of it
make it make sense
@@Haunt888 There was a lot of conversation in between the songs. I've also included the contents of what we talked about in the previous comments.
"yaknomsayn" lmaoooo shes so funny
So this is the version of aqua with 100 IQ
I love that no matter what language she's speaking, she still is somehow the loudest and slowest speaker.
LMAO WAT KANADE KNO ABOUT “yaknowmsayin” 🤣 didn’t kno she was chill like that
she speaks so well!
also why it looks she has been set to 0.5x 😂
that's a big difference to people like Senchou who speak in 2x😂
Kanade you bad girl hiya.
Pretty damn good.
the first english speaker in jp server is haachama, second is kaichou, then kanade (i bet she is mix japanese or gaijin that live in japan)
Gonna need a link to the The Entertainer + Pekora theme BGM mashup
Edit: oh nvm
revived by kanade
that last clip took me my surprise 💀
The fact that this little chick is a senpai already😂
That ending was hilarious
I want to see a HoloEN collab between Kanade, Ririka, and the OG HoloEn Haachama, and Miko
her "Ayooooooo Broooo!" got me
I can't stop laughing when i heard her say bro and ayooo 😂
Kanade can fly!!! 😂
I love how both Kanade and Kaela talk so slow in their collab
Her pronunciations are so good
I can never get enough Kanade and Suisei English
Btw, technically she‘s not Hololive JP. Hololive Devis is their own branch. Rn the first unit regloss are five members that mainly speak Japanese, but next unit could be totally different too.
AYOOOOOO
i think anya is best englisher in hololive jp
High Quality Rips.
“What the heck is this?” Why is she so good 😂
she's korean.
I love the way she speaks english.
Kanade so cute
Hololive Kr tbh
Kanade English is always fun and she got pretty good pronunciation
quite literally one the best english pronunciation i have heard from a jp member
she's korean tho, jp member but korean
@@Haunt888 oh fr??? I actually never watched Kanade streams before so I didn't know
The BGM made me think she’s going to make some food with incredibly low cost 😂
Very true
I didn't know her English level is this high 😮
Kanade is so cute.
I love how they say words. 😂
I love how well she pronounces in English.
My brain is slowing down
This is the first time I'm seeing this JP Hololive member
cutest anti vaxxer to exist
Kanade is so confusing because she doesn't speak much English but when she does it sounds almost native.
Kinda like Suisei lol
music alternate title: tanukichi's entertainer song
based siivagunner
Sounds like a newborn baby saying their first words
Considering her heritage, it's not that surprising.
Truly an iPhone brain.
I thought she said shlt or cheap but she meant ship 😂😂😂😂
Lowkey what ive been sayin
The slangs are killing me
Even when speaking eng she's still the 1.25x girl hahaha
It make sense cuz she is from KR
Everyone knows Hakos Baelz is the best english speaker in hololive JP.
"WHAT IS AUTISM" lol
Nah shes a close second behind Ririka
💛😂
It helps that Kanade learning Japanese made her more susceptible to learn other languages, this happens often with bilinguals. I'm a Spanish native speaker.
I learned English on my own watching movies, listening to songs and playing video games with subtitles, after that I became fluent overtime. (I can think and speak in Spanish and English and flip to both with no issue)
After that I went to learn French, although I'm not currently fluent in French I can understand the conversation, speak my mind and be able to read. Now I'm learning Japanese.
For Japanese I watch mostly Hololive JP's streams to get my hearing used to it so I can be able to catch words or phrases that I have practised before. Although I still can't read or write or speak properly after following Hololive for 5 years now I can understand the average of what they say with no issue so I have an idea what's happening.
It helps also to watch subtitled clips to reinforce if I was correct and if I wasn't it helps to fix and understand better where was my error.
Actually, Japanese is the easiest language to learn for Koreans and vice versa since the two languages share grammar and vocabularies. Chinese also share vocabularies with Korean or Japanese, but with different grammar.
@@ignisilluminati It is true, the same goes for Spanish speakers learning French or Italian or Portuguese but when you start learning a different language your brain becomes a lot more receptive than just knowing just one language. So when you're already learning another language, and go for a third language it becomes less taxing.
Easy Peasy Japaneasy
oh god. the brain rot zoomer vtuber era begins
yaknomsayin
she's Korean...so...yeah
I love Engrish
Pronunciation 100
Definition 5
So Geocentrism is wrong, Heliocentrism is wrong, and Kanadecentrism is the truth of the universe. Got it.
She's probably got the best pronunciation out of JP
Haato has the best practical communication skills
Ririka is a very close second
I would say Ririka has the better English overall. She went a full 8 hours without reverting back to Japanese and her English was vastly improving as the stream went on as she got more comfortable speaking it. Haachama definitely has a great understanding of English. I can tell she knows what is being said when the others are speaking English to her but she lacks a lot of the vocabulary to respond back effectively at the moment. She just needs more practice and she'll be golden.
@@lunos8776 Ririka has the best speaking skills. Haato lived in Australia for a few years (?), so we know that she has the practical skills to communicate with people that don't speak Japanese.
That was my reasoning.
Either way, they're all really good at English. It's hard to learn a new language, so I have a lot of respect for anyone who tries.
