    I really think they should push the service to Springfield so people can connect to other Amtrak services.

      I've read somewhere that there is a proposal to make that happen.

      I don't think the MBTA Commuter rail will ever go west of Worcester but they should but the New Haven Springfield rail should go to Worcester that way they can connect the lines

      This is the T as we call it. It runs in Mass and RI (maybe even CT too)

    • @liamjmbtaandrailfan2791
      @liamjmbtaandrailfan2791 Před 7 lety +1

      +Andrew Borges it does not run in ct ,only ma and ri however it may soon run in NH

    • @oop2270
      @oop2270 Před 6 lety

      Andrew Borges There’s no point in the T expanding to CT since the competition is taken by Metro North / Hartford Rail / Shoreline and Amtrak. Only place it would make sense to go to is somewhere below the Sturbridge/CT border.

      +Mike Sullivan A ticket from Worcester to Boston costs $11.50 with a ticket out of a machine or with the Commuter Rail app, and $14.50 with cash if you buy on board, regardless of what time you're traveling.

    • @kevinhoward9593
      @kevinhoward9593 Před 6 lety +2

      LOL and only $4.50 if you want to take Greyhound for an hour instead of 90 minutes.
