As someone who broke 2 inner tubes last time I tried to wrestle with Master tyre changes before I found this video I am pleased to say this really helped me get a street tyre on today, which went on first time, with hardly any use of tyre irons, almost entirely due to that technique of pushing from the opposite side of the wheel into the centre of the rim. Nice one Roger, you continue to find the best ways of doing these things, and are nice enough to share them with us all ! :)
Glad it helped! Makes me feel really good to hear.
The Roger Repair Shop…..coming soon 💪🏼
Thank you for the video, good guide!
Extra hard tires to swap can be warmed a little, it is a lot easier afterwards. Keep the tire+motor in warm place instead of garage before swapping for extra ease.
Thanks for the tip!
Awesome 😎 Thanks Roger!!🙏
You made what takes alot of people a long time to do look easy. I hope I'm never in that situation but if I am I'm going to be referring to this video.
That Josh Morgan does some dope video stuff
Hey Roger, informative and entertaining as usual but you missed a few tips. Tire lube or even dish soap on the ridge and you can remove and install without tire irons. Especially on large diameter tires. I did an mcm5 using one pry. Also, use something long and thin to guide the Schrader valve from the other side if you dont have thin girly fingers like me. (Arnold would say) No slime! Would also like to see tubeless.. Sh!t, maybe I should just do a video 😁
Cool, thanks

Hi friend!!
Great video!
Video Simple, clear, nice. But...
Do you know the causes of the motor burning/frying? Overexertion? water or ride in rain? Bad luck?
Help🙃 I can’t get my 244 off my linx. One side can go over the rim lip, but the other side does not budge and I can’t reach underneath the stubborn side to leverage a thing underneath it. Suggestions?
I call this place the Roj Ma Hall
This is easy 22inch...try changing the tire on the mcm5..that is really hard
The tricky part of tire install is not pinching the tube. I've pinched several of them and have lots of experience installing tires on bikes.
yup this. I've never pinched a tube using the zip tie method. Destroyed several before that regardless of how careful I was.
Plus, it's faster since the tube and tire go on at the same time.
Never that easy when I do it. Incredibly easy to puncture a tube as well. I put a rotation arrow on the hub of the motor as I take it off. It can help where the rotation of the tyre is important, but also helps in the reassembly as well.
Thanks. I'm glad I got Josh rolling again. I should have made him do the work, but I didn’t want the video to be two days long.
@@roghaj I ordered me some metal tire levers Roger. I'll be at your status soon
It is easy if you have hollow motor, but my V12 has axle with cables sticking from both ends, stupid design for tire change... Hollow motors are the best in every way, Inmotion used it in V11, why they used such a stupid desing in V12 :D
i need a street tire....
opening motor is not an easy method lol
i dont see Josh doing anything at all ....
