Dana does not want Cyborg to fight Nunes. He doesn’t think she’s marketable, and he has some sort of personal vendetta with her. I do believe he offered her the fight... but I’m pretty sure Dana offered her some unreasonably low amount of money, or a long contract in order to take the fight. He “priced her out of the fight”, but the opposite of the way fighters price themselves out. He offered her a low amount of money that no self hespecting fighter would take.
