Not to mention a million dollars is not as much as you think. If they become a billionaire, it would be a far different story.

Sure you don’t need to be 18 to make a checking or bank account but you still require an adult so kids cannot be rich without an adults presence. So the adults would have the money and spend the money on the kid if they choose to.
