  • Shambling creatures made of metal come to life in this eerie offering for beginning orchestra from Randall Standridge. This energetic piece utilizes only the first six notes of the D major scale while also carefully introducing F natural, teaching students there is a world beyond “high 2”. Playful interplay of eighth notes, metallic percussion, and moments for the players to "hiss" and knock rhythms on their instruments combine to great effect in this work that is sure to grab your players' attention.
