I live In California, do you know where I can buy flowers without having a license? I can buy them at Costco or Traders Joe’s but sometimes they are not too fresh and expensive

We used to have a coal furnace in the house- and had to fill the coal hopper twice a night and pull clinkers three times a day... Amazing!! Thanks for sharing denver1865
