@@MeghnasFoodMagic During mango season we prepare similar pickle with jaggery powder added to it and it can be used for only 2-3 days but the taste of mango is infused into jaggery syrup along with tempering of Hing and mustered seed is really good.

Guys pls be very careful while adding Methi seeds as Methi seeds are very bitter even little extra will give a bitter taste for your pickle like mine.
