probably at the supermarket in the tea section if the tea leaves are too large just kinda chop them up

Matcha tea is Green tea with Match tea leaves in it, hope that helps, so tea bags are already ground just put in blender or use rolling pin and put the tea in freezer bag until powdered/ good Luck, hope it helps

Listen, if you want to look good use seamoss, its like a natural botox, you can eat papaya fruit. The papaya seeds, i boil them pat them dry, grind them up like black pepper. Your friends will ask you what your doing. You will also feel amazing. You can research it. You can use seamoss on your face, you can eat it also.

Dark neck (and armpit too) is a result of high (almost diabetic level) blood sugar. See the correlation in weight/blood sugar (although you can't see that) in people who make videos about it. Had this when I was overweight but ever since exercise and eating clean It greatly went away. This is not to be "fatphobic" but it really is just an indication of health. You can do all these things but if you are not eating healthy or clean it shows up on your skin. This is more of the case for melinated people.
