Yes. We do put pipes on our scooters. Or you can drill a couple holes in the stock muffler for a fartcan effect.
Edit: You could always slap a big bore kit on that scooter. They pretty cheap and give you a lot more torque

You should try a smaller turbo and do a compound setup on the Scoovic but also cut the roof off behind the back seat go get a metal tub from a farm and garden store attach it to the rear and ya got a mini ridgeline.
Your gonna need a smaller turbo, there is not enough exhaust gasses to spin it all the way up

Like I said, take the body off and have the motor just bare sitting on it since that’s how those tao Taos are. It would be much cleaner and you can actually commute with it. Also, these GY6 motors are super great! They’ll handle whatever you throw at them.

If you want to oil the turbo easily you could just make a maybe 30-60cm (12-24in) tube of steel that comes off the turbo where you spray oil and just have the steel tube go straight up from there and make it hold a bit of oil like motor oil or such, this way you don't need to be there with the wd40 all the time.
that turbo noise you were hearing is actually the CVT.
When I put the K4 turbo on my scooter. The boost was causing the intake valve to open and smack the top of the piston. When I put a blow off valve on and dumped it into the exhaust. It lit off and melted the scooter plastics.

Thats what i was thinking but you would have to do like a bunch of pulleys and such, maybe a trike with one wheel running the drive belt and one wheel being helped by they other scooter.
