So I went by myself and had a brilliant time. I entered a 25 words or less competition to win a trip to Vegas. I didn't win but it was worth doing.
Absolutely one of my most favourite Kylie songs ever, it's so beautiful and heartfelt - Most of us have probably been there and lyrics are so relatable. I think she's really proud of this song too as whenever I've seen her perform it live she's really put her all in to it. I think people probably already said so, but the video is influenced by Jane Fonda in Barbarella. :)

I too was a little confused until I realised the show girl tour was at the end. Personally I hated this song. Was a big let down after confide in me. Much better songs on the album and it was scandalous that "where has the love gone" or "time will pass you by" wasn't released as singles. But hey ho this is what deconstruction done for her released her naff songs as singles but never listened to fans. Must watch "time will pass you by" got it stuck in my head that song

Put Yourself In My Place is one of her finest ballad. Songwise, Showgirl Tour is my favourite because she sang songs that she wont normally sing in her regular tour. However it is one of my least favourite tour vocally. She sounds more nasal than usual on the tour. Who knew it was a sign for cancer
