I can't believe how fast time has gone. It's like yesterday I watched this video and now it's 10 years past like 10 days, WOW!
I am sorry you are having such a tough time & hope that changes. Everybody pushes a product to make a living.The way Brian makes money is to promote his talent and his story. At the end of a hard work week I like to get a check. Musicians don't have that luxury. They get paid sporatically from the talent they share with us. I respect that. @jamlimited3 I completely get that. I just used Manson as a popular example. My honest beef with them is I would hate for some parents to see the "dead eyes" look and not let their kid go see Love and Death or buy the cd and miss out on the awesome message that they are putting out. Believe me I had to fight just to listen to Stryper as a kid because they looked different. Be hardcore, be different but remember as a Christian artist you have more responsibilty to the kids

I dont mean to be a hater, but when I hear about bands like Korn, all I can think about is the their harsh lyrics. I actually LIKE that kind of music, the style and all, but I can't bare to sing it and even listening to it gets me depressed. Head is amazing for having the strength to step out and change his lifestyle the way he did. Much respect to him. And it's awesome to listen to his music as well.
PS try listening to TFK's Puppet. Dead ringer for Korn style, but in my opinion more meaningful

Actually, I think he was already back in. It just hadnât been officially announced. The official announcement was in early 2013 but he had already been working with them in late 2012. Several months after the Carolina Rebellion festival. Look up âKorn reconciliationâ here on CZcams to see a presentation of the whole process. Itâs a really good documentary of head coming back.

Firstly, I want to apologize to Head for cursing in these comments. I am just sick of some of these foolish people who call themselves "Christians" by trying to act high and mighty. You had it right when you said, "Die Religion, Die!". I wish that were the case, but we have nothing but ignorant souls here. It's incredibly frustrating. They are delusional and don't think that being judgmental is a "human" condition, rather it's an environment that we have created....idiots.

@THEOUTCASTSBRAND The fact is, people do judge others by the way they look, and if a band is trying to reach new people they need to consider their image. There are a lot of bands who I haven't listened to simply because I saw their press photo and they looked boring. Sad, I know. I'm sure some of them are great. Image matters, so dress the part.
@THEOUTCASTSBRAND I obviously said that, "I love Brian and his music.". He is my favorite guitarist and has been since his days in Korn, obviously a secular band. He was the inspiration behind me picking up a guitar. How am I a hater? The dudes he formed a band with look like douche's to me. I have a right to judge them just as Head judged them by allowing them in his band.Also, Head is bringing back Nu-Metal The best genre that just disappeared. He is a God for that! I couldn't hate this dude.
@MrDwfreak Manson isnt the first nor the last to do that look...the industrial world has been going strong with colored contacts and the 90s nor Manson can take credit for it(nor take away its relevance). As long as everybody isnt rocking them in a cliche way they are always fresh to see...everybody isnt rocking them so I say keep up the "fresh look".
With all due respect to any who disagree. I think Brian should be true to who he is, along his band mates God made us creative, he made us to be different nd original. We were made in his image and he's pretty freaking creative and is obviously original. I hated the christian lifestyle and dispised people like David Crowder. Thats not to say God can't use them, but some people, like me, just aren't into that. And people like David are very very talented.

@MrDwfreak I see where youre coming from. Still, I dont think color contacts is much of a statement(besides alarming the cliche and the superstitious). I think the new band name matches their visual freedom(though the short dude looks like a poser). Head isnt one who apologizes for his appearance...and families still bring kids to go see killer lions at the zoo. I think its fair to let people just interpret things as they wish(meanwhile some are saved and some walls are broken).
They are HOT and sing good. I dont understand all the whining :) Keep up the awesome work!

In fact, I dont think bands use them enough. Japanese bands are very extreme in their visuals(often down right taboo) but I give many of them credit in seeking a look that matches...even enhances the music(w/o being complete posers...all looks and no real talent).

Its not that i like or dont like. i dont care how they look. its what makes them who they are. i look at music. Youd never see me wearing a kilt and knee socks on stage like jdavis for example, still like korns music and his voice especially. people need to get past looks.

Christ was a simple man who sacrificed his life like a lot of other good people that are not taking into count. If you are "high", you are "high", nothing spiritual could appear with any neurone killing drug. But my problem, is to who the people aim their thanks... but no, the people who works to get a better world is not good enough to match "Jesus", so, lets give our gratitude to him. You can have an icon, of course, but people must recognise who are helping this world right now.
I mean God's been showing me recently that it's more about Jesus than anything, especially religion. If Jesus were here today, he might be one of the guys who dressed up like that. If not, he wouldn't tell them to change their clothing style,. He would probebly just want them to grow closer to him and love him. Becuase he would love them just as much as a pastor.
