Yes it is indeed the girl who leapt through time, though the plot is very different. Both the movie(s) and the anime are based on a novel from the sixties. While the anime is following the plot of the novel more closely - but with other characters- this movie here is kind of a sequel to the novel (this girl here is the daughter of the female protagonist in the novel)

The anime and the live action are so good even if they have different plots, but the main theme is the same. Also the married couple, Riisa and Akiyoshi, are happy with their cute son who just turned 5 this year.

She married the guy who is a photographer.
This is way late but no, the main girl in anime is niece of main girl in this movie’s mom (so it is implied that they’re cousins) and yes, the husband of prof. yoshiyama/this main girl’s father is the photographer that gives her the video camera at the end. The boy she met in the past erased everybody’s memories of him and returned to his future in 2698...so they did not marry :(
