  • With everything we have been through recently I wanted to get back into making videos with some new series.
Welcome to Buckland Farm and welcome to the new realistic series. We are playing on Hard Difficulty, so join us for the journey.

Glad to see you getting back in the swing. And we will absolutely be concluding our series as if I recall you are in the lead and I am not satisfied with you having a default win ;)

Glad that you are better and are starting some new series. Once you have finished your mp series with Dex, if you wanted to do another mp series then i am happy to so one with you. Could do something like mp survival challenge (like daggerwin)

Sorry for the terrible times you've been going through. Got to cherish the memories, but perhaps, in the future, there might be another addition to the team, and you might make new, great, memories!
I've been doing a realistic playthrough for about half a year now, it's a great lot of fun and am happy to see you're continuing after Fairhead with it. I'd say not using MaizePlus is more realistic at the start. When you're a very small farm, all you care for is the wellbeing of your animals, and not about how much they produce and what's the most efficient ratio for their food. You get them fed well, looked after, but that's about it. Once you've become a big dairy farmer for example you could consider enabling MaizePlus again.
I'm personally not using the slip destroys fields mod. I think it's not realistic since you haven't got much control over it, where irl you get a lot more feedback and it happens not nearly as often. And the only thing it affects is where you'd drive over crops. So only really during fertilizing and weedcontrol and when mowing grass. And usually what grows back is mostly grass and some weeds. I see it more as a hardcore feature than a realistic one, but everyone has their own take on that ofcourse.
I'm also playing without a map turned on. I can check my map, because you're always going to have your phone with you, but most small/older tractors wouldn't have a navigation device I believe. Although it's very cheap to have a phoneholder installed now that I think of it. Perhaps I should just not be using it with Precision Farming unless the tractor has monitors or something.
    Keep it up!

Hear me out with your mods and rules... I think you should strongly consider courseplay on this series. I have seen a couple of real farming channels showing off the real world equivalent. If not, then VCA and headland management would be other similar options.

You should add interactive control would fit good and when uts added if it doesn't work well for some tractors not working customised them also i think courseplay and auto drive because you can simulation a contractor coning in to do work for you and you set every thing up before the episode have a think about jt
