Head: 10x10.
Upper Body: 8x9.
Middle Body: 8x10.
Lower Body: 8x9.
Arm(s): 8x11.
Arms (Also Hands): 8x14.
Thigh (Upper Legs): 8x11.
Legs: 8x14.
And finally, The Feet: 12x8.
and also.
just a small tip:
you can actually make random shapes, just make sure that the canvas is bigger,
It works perfectly fine.

BTW if sometimes u use the correct size but the body part ingame is messed up try adding more size space in pixel art and move it (example, if in game the head is 2 pixels to the right, go the pixel art app, resize with the same size, and move the draw 2 pixels to the left)

if you dont want that gap on the arms and legs just make them a pixel bigger and its fixed
another tip i recently found out: if you dont want the basic melon red inside you can use 2nd layers to have a custom inside

Sometimes the pieces will not fit and i recommend pixel studio over this so you can find a template to cover over and crop to save
