As the work of Deputy Commissioner is important so is the important the work of the peon of the Deputy Commissioner. Because would the DC go again and again to bring tea, water, snack etc. leaving the discussion table empty? Would the DC do the all works of his office single-handedly ? Does not DC require peon, clerk, typist, or computer operator? Would the DC clean the table, listen to the order of the visitors and do the work of computer operator by leaving the discussion table unattended? If DC has to do all works of DC Office himself then what an impossibility would have been created? Again , if the DC had not existed then there would not have existed peon, clerk, typist or computer operator in the office of the DC? That is then the DC Office would not have existed without PEON , CLERK , TYPIST , COMPUTER OPERATOR . So we would say that all professions are equally important or possess equal honour in any particular state / country .
It is clear to formulate discriminatory financial law among service holders of various grades in the country, to make financial discrimination among the service holders of various grades in the country by law-some would get less salary again some would get more salary and but price of the commodities of market price of all commodities are equal to all citizens including service holders. In the market the price is equal to Peon and to a President. Then , to make salary of some more or less is that to make this thing in the country the basic needs of all citizens including service holders should not be satisfied equally. It will be satisfied more for some and less would be satisfied of some. Again for some it will not be satisfied at all. In this way salary of some is more, salary of some is less and again benefits of some more and benefits of some less-all these are made by some written and unwritten laws of the state / country. The meaning of making of such law is that to make work by law in the state / country that all service holders or all citizens of the state / country donot have equal right to get equal honour, food, education, clothing, accommodation and treatment and recreation: (1) some would get less (2) some would get more (3) again some may get nothing. These contradictory laws on the same subject in a country, The situation is such that it is manifestation of the efficacy of the state in three ways inside a single state. The making of three types of contradictory laws on financial matters in the state is that although it is one state / country in name but in work it is three states/three countries and then who will be responsible for this ugly affair?
