    Ginger - 6-7 Tbsp (Finely Chopped)
    Garlic - 3-4 Tbsp (Finely Chopped)
    Onion - 1-2 Medium Sized (Finely Chopped)
    Bird's Eye Chili - As Required Heat (Finely Chopped)
    Tomato - 1 Small Sized (Finely Chopped)
    Shiitake Mushroom - 4-5 Medium Sized (Thin Slits)
    Oyster Sauce - 6 Tbsp
    Light Soy Sauce - 1 Tbsp
    Vinegar (Cuka) - 1 Tsp
    Sesame Oil - 1 1/2-2 Tbsp
    Fish Sauce - 2 Tbsp
    Dark Soy Sauce - 6 Tbsp
    Sweet Soy Sauce - 1-2 Tbsp
    Salt - As Required (Beware That We Have To A Lot of Salt Base Sauces Such As Variety Of Soy Sauce)
    Rice Wine - 2-3 Tbsp (Optional)
    White Pepper - 1 Tbsp
    Water - As Required (Depend On Your Liking Whether Thick Or Light Base Sauce)
    Pomfret Fish (Ikan Bawal) - 3 Fish (Marinated in Salt & Turmeric) Fried Until Lightly Golden Brown
    Spring Onion - For Garnish
