Yamã - Paka Shahu & Yawavêne Yawanawa @ Projeto Terra do Sol

Yamã é uma musica que conta a historia do Povo da Queixada (Povo Yawanawa) onde o povo se transformou em queixada. Yamã é também considerado um estilo/formato de música, melódico.
Paka Shahu é filha de Pekã Rasu. Como muitos membros da família e todos os seus
irmãs, Paka Shahu foi naturalmente apresentada e aprendeu os ensinamentos de seu povo. Ela aprendeu com seus pais e com a experiência pessoal em outras aldeias como ancorar o rezo e o espaço com sua música e sua voz (que nos leva as estrelas). Acompanhar o seu pai está criando uma interligação muito especial entre eles e em relação à linhagem familiar. Nas viagens do ano passado pela Europa ela já partilhava sua voz profunda, forte e bela, sua presença no altar, sua força feminina e seu estilo de vida alegre. Ela mora com a filha pequena, passando a maior parte do tempo com a família na aldeia Yawaraní apoiando e estudando no centro Pekã Rasu, canalizando através do ensinamentos e sua humildade as forças da floresta. Ela é uma artista experiente dsd pinturas dos Yawanawá, Kênes (pintura ou visões sagradas) manifestando-o em rosto, pintado ou em pinturas corporais e artesanatos tradicionais.

Yamã is a song that tells the story of the People of the Wild Boar (Yawanawa People) where the people turned into peccaries. Yamã is also considered a melodic style/format of music.
Paka Shahu is the daughter of Pekã Rasu. Like many family members and all of her sisters, Paka Shahu was naturally introduced to and learned the teachings of her people. She learned from her parents and from personal experience in other villages how to anchor prayer and space with her music and her voice (which literally - an energetically - takes us to the stars). Following her father she creates a very special connection between them and in relation to the family lineage. During last year's entourage to Europe she already shared her deep, strong and beautiful voice, her presence at the altar, her feminine strength and her joyful lifestyle. She lives with her young daughter, spending most of her time with her family in the Yawaraní village, supporting and studying at the Pekã Rasu Center, channeling the forces of the forest through her teachings and humblness. She is an experienced artist of paintings of the Yawanawá, Kênes (painting or sacred visions) manifesting it on the face, painted or in body paintings and traditional crafts.
