Guyana streets are narrow, some should be made in a one-way direction to traffic, in these rural communities. There should also be limited zoning for businesses.
An integrity commission and observation body shouldn't only be applied to people with diplomatic status but also be applied by law to all citizens. especially contractors, Because my observation way back revealed if a woman or some other person have problem with another person living on the opposite side of the road or in another street or in another community they would meticulously influence the contractor assign with all kind of bribery to boycott or stall projects on that side to spite the people or person who they have problem with. If contractors options are to get contracts and earn big money, then they should know their obligations are to get the work done by way of professionalism and not by way of personal interest.
ITS QUITE ADMIRABLE THE THE PRESIDENT IS SEEING FIRST HAND THE STREETS AND THE VILLLAGE, I THINK THE CONTRACTOR SHOULD BE THERE , ONCE THE PROBLEMS ARE INDIFIED, THEY SHOUL TAKE CARE OF IT. THE PPPC ARE DOING EXCELLENT, . ONE DAY I LIKE TO WALK WITH THE PRESIDENT. MAY GOD BLESSED THE PPPC .
Why is the camera resolution garbage. You got Guyanese rum mouth bloggers with 4k go pro cameras posting videos each day but somehow for the president of Guyana they can’t afford a 4k camera? This video look like it was recorded on a iPhone 4 that came out in 2010
@guyanaplaces592 I hope that's not your same philosophy when you seeking medical attention because my advice is you should go with the people with experience, degree and classification rather than giving as you say everyone a chance.
The picture quality is awful, if you are posting videos of the President of Guyana please make sure the picture quality is 720p and above. You uploaded a 360p video which is not worthy for a President.

When you give out contracts to people that are not qualify this what you get .
