You may want to clarify the private property laws...according to FAA you can fly OVER private property but you cannot use the CONTROLS while ON private property without written or digital consent.

So Im clearly late to the part here but I thought "State and local governments are not permitted to regulate any type of aircraft operations, such as flight paths or altitudes, or the navigable airspace...." Thats from FAA dot gov. Im visiting Utah and Im definitely likely to fly over private property.

"you can fly at this park, or on this preserve... you can't fly here... but you can fly off hwy 12..." v REAL helpful information.
