Dasp is in a great place now in my opinion. Kent went from one end of the spectrum to the other. Great to useless.

Great vid man awesome fight. I personally was never a fan of the alio nerfs since it was always one of my favorites. I never played kentro all that much but the needs it received are reidiculous lol
I do miss Alios former self. Absolute animal in packs but very fun solo.

Now that kentro is nerfed I might actually try it, I was building a pachy specifically to hunt kentros but now....
Honestly it sucks to say but I’ve killed every Kentro I’ve seen post update on whatever Dino I was on. Cera, Achillo, Dasp, Allo, etc. it’s still okay but you have to play extremely defensively.
Love Pachy. The land speed made him more fun though. Now he’s just your average 2 slot.

Cant say much about kentro since I never play it, but I absolutely agree with making alio great again. It is, in my opinion, a well made playable with beautiful skins that feel wasted since barely anyone plays alio to show them off, and who could blame them?
Also, why are they replacing useful subspecies like +speed or +turn with +jump, etc? Especially for meg, why does it need more jump…? Did it use to jump back in the old days?
Giving Meg a jump height subspecies is bonkers. I sure do miss Alio and seeing them around though. It doesn’t have to be its former self, but it deserved better than what it got 🤣
@@BoogeymanYT77honestly Im fine with megs jump height combined with leap as it makes it pretty versatile, and its already fast. Spinos healing sub is also gonna help cuz spinos healing takes forever, and those kinda changes also take away or at least limit the amount of “meta” builds which is great imo.

Im all caught up on the pvp yay lol I wish I was that good at fighting underwater, I find the different controls and way of movement confusing and get turned around mid fight
The update I think had its pros and cons, nothings going to be perfect. It did a lot of balancing, which was alright, even if some of it was pushing it a little. I was all for Hatz getting a little nerfed, as a portion of the community were, so that people would stop cheesing other plays in the air, but damn man they did hatz dirty, even as an avid non-hatz player lol. Their stamina and flying was not the issue at all, I mean theyre allowed to decide if the stamina is too much, but having high stamina as a flyer is accurate, you should be allowed to fly long distances and stuff, that's the point. But going from flyinf across multiple biomes to not being able to get across half of GV? that's rediculous man. Hopefully they reverse the stam drain on Hatz to the balance we meant by nerf lol.

Damn you made it all the way through. Thanks for the support bro 👊🏻 I still get Hatz cross map griefing even with the nerf. They always come back. Now it just takes them a minute or two longer.
I miss the dog fighting. Maybe they should add peck while again but make sure it can only be used like 20-30 feet off the ground.

Did Raptor Strikes get buffed?
No only bite got buffed to 60 damage and reduced timer. Raptor strikes is still 55 for a full stack but can pull a higher DPS if you’re aggressive enough with it.
This fight was pre update though, I’m yet to try the new bite but I will today.
I absolutely HATE kentro. Nerf the living hell out of that thing and make it weak against high mid teirs I swear to god...

It hurt like hell and they let me bleed out! 😰
The moment I truly hated kentro was when I jinxed them killing me with my friend. We were growing dasps and bro was like "hey what is your least favorite playable in the game?" I respond with, "I'm not a big fan of kentro..." 2 minutes later there are 2 melenistic kentro's bolting after my ass. From that day forward I swore to kill any growing kentro as the adult ones are stupendously strong...
@@parasitical-reptile They were strong af for sure. Deserved a decent rework (combat weight, speed, tail damage, abilities, etc) instead of nuking them completely.

Changes I dont agree with: kentro turn nerf(hp too, should only have been nerfed to 500), Alio still awful, dasp couldowns not being linked (its broken rn), lambeo rodeo doing 100 dmg and being spammable prety much???, Shred doing on achillo doing 180 dmg???, And i know ceratos turns always been this but cerato turn and stam is kinda awful compared to other playables.
Changes I agree with: Allo and conca bleed buff was a W, charges nerf was another W(they are still kinda too fast), rex getting headshot multi, kentro reflect nerf, cerato thrash nerf, and armoured tail nerf, achillo cruel swipe nerf, stomp lookin in place and usuable when walking is a W, eo stomp not putting headbut on a cd. I know there are alot more, but some of the ones i care about more.
Yeah what were they thinking with Shred? And stomp locking you in place for a full second after the animation finishes is whack.

It was a very forgiving dino. A bad Kentro player was decent. A good Kentro player was devastating. Hopefully they rework it before 2025 🤣

Is there a not so time consuming way of questing in officials?
Group quests (if you’re solo, using your phone or other device) and trophy feeding. Best done with a friend since you can’t give a trophy you picked up off a corpse to another one of your Dinos.

That fight was pre update. Got the stack of raptor strikes fast then just spammed it. Since the update though I’m not 100% sure.
Raptor strikes - 55 damage 1 second CD. 3 seconds is 165 damage.
Bite- 60 damage 1.5 second cool down. 3 seconds is 120 damage.
Maybe I’ll experiment with it a bit more this week. Thanks for watching!
