I don't mind the Rulers of the Sun line being released with the Origins line, but I really think it should be its own thing. Kobra Khan and Rattlor looks really nice.
Thanks for covering on these new images. This wave makes me wish season 3 of the 200X line came out with line.

I love the blue colour on this 200X Skeletor. He's my display toy.
All these variations are cool but i still find it odd we still havent even finished off the early characters yet like: RioBlast, Spikor, TwoBad, MossMan, Modulok, MultiBot, Dragstor, Extendar etc. I think Mattel are being very strategic about what they release, cost to manufacture and part re-use seems to sway a lot of the figure choices. But they are also trying to consider younger fans born after the first vintage line and appeal to modern narratives.
I nearly forgot about the 200X Snake Armor Skeletor/Wolf Armor He-Man set, picked it up years ago from Toys R US and still have it unopened
The King Randor mini comic had the Skelcons in them so they me be on the way soon.
Seeing the Snake Armor Skelly up close so to speak makes me really like this design even more. I do wonder if he is going to be some kind of exclusive or just simply a a general single release to all retailers being that you have the snake men, battle armor He-Man and Bolt-Man. It's almost like you can substitute Skelly in that wave and have Bolt Man be the standalone since they put the Rulers Of The Sun sticker on his packaging. All in all, i'm excited, and it makes me think that since these listings have popped up that the Camo Khan may be going up for sale on Mattel Creations soon.
Michael here: Hey Blaine! The design for SA Skelly is pretty darn cool! I feel like he's going to be a general release but great point about subbing him in for Bolt-Man! I hope Camo Khan goes up for sale soon but we shall see! MOTUesday is right around the corner.

Michael here: According to the panel at SDCC, they are introducing him in the Rise of the Snake Men wave so he gets the sticker. Still think Bolt-Man should have gotten the sticker too just to keep the continuity
that sounds like good reasoning for them to have the cool snake card design, but the sticker says snake men on it and he-man isn’t one of them. I guess I think of it the way I think of the evil horde sticker. i suppose if these guys were thinkin things through they would at least give the “retro play“ sales burst a rest for the exclusives
Yes, I love the Snakemen and the 200X Snake variants, and of course I'm collecting all the Origins stuff (except for some exclusives) so it's a no brainer for me.

Even if I have an As-Is Snake Armor Skeletor - that armor is going on other figures. Already have a few in mind; but one that's pretty much settled is to have Moss Man rock it & pair him with Green Goddess. It's a cool sword for him too. Guessing it's going to be one of those swaps where the original starts to look weird to me.
I don't like the snake armor he man but I love the snake armor Skeletor. Can't wait for it.

I got a notice from BBTS that my wave 10 Digitino would be the multi-language version, so now I need to hunt down the US version, which is cool that I will have two version's, but frustrating that I have to buy two lol

yep. everything I've gotten from bbts from mantenna and on (whiplash, randor, trap jaw) has been the 🤬 international. who wants that? it leaves off the best parts of the packaging

@@carlsny1023 Same thing happened to me, All of Wave 9 and 10 are that way from BBTS. I love how they changed the listings of Wave 9 to say they are international after I received my order. A bit of a bait and switch in my opinion...
The international versions seem to be the only ones that any online stores can get. Local Walmarts and Targets never have anything. I get sick of looking weekly, just to see the same wave 7 leftovers. So I don't mind the internationals, it's better than nothing.
I hope the SA skeketor get retooled into snake crush skeletor.

Some decent figures here, but I'm getting tired of yet another He-Man variant. We've had so many in the Origins & Masterverse lines this year (though I hope we get Thunder Punch He-man which I loved as a kid). Focus should be on some other figures like Moss Man, Spikor, Modulok etc...

It’s weird they’ve ignored early on characters like those and went right to snake men already. Snake men line signifies the end of the line in both prior lines.
I don't know if you guys have heard the leak from yo tango el poder so I'll share with my favorite motu buddies eternia playset 550 also came Kahn news announced but not sure about that yet hopefully doesn't come with eternia playset
Nov 2023 seems like a really long time to wait for this wave. BBTS has them too and what I'm wondering is has SA Skeletor been lumped into this wave? and will we see more new waves between then and now?
Of course I comment this early this morning and I come home from work to find the arrival date has been changed to Jan lol. Plus TP He-man and King Hiss!

Michael here: Hi Timmy! I highly doubt it given the Mattel Creations Camo Khan comes with a blast effect attachment, which I think they said would be interchangeable.
That’s a shame, but love that he is making it into the line!

Michael here: The panel at SDCC 2022 said that this will be January 2023 so it looks like Wave 10 will be the last wave of the year unless they move of the dates
@@ToyHabits_com I would be shocked if it doesn’t show up somewhere before the end of the year. The last time we started seeing packages photos they were about 2-3 months out. Stores want to fill there selves so things dated January will be put out if they get them.

Hey fellas, I noticed the lost on your website mentions that GameStop has these listed as releasing in November 2022 - however it actually says Nov 2023 for most of them. Any clue why they are showing release dates more than a year away?
Michael here: Sorry about that...it was a typo...I think they just threw in a random date as the Mattel panel at SDCC 2022 said these were coming out in Jan 2023

@@ToyHabits_com interestingly, BBTS has put up the new Masterverse and Origins SnakeMen lines, and they have the same November 2023 info listed for the Origins SnakeMen line (March 2023 for the Masterverse). Maybe they’re holding them back to give us Orgins collectors a chance to pay down our credit cards after Eternia. Curiouser and curiouser. I guess time will tell.

Still think its very odd that Bolt-man is in the Snakemen line packaging. Just don't like it.
It’s no different if we had any Horde Characters released during these Snakemen theme, im assuming they will still have Horde logo.
My answer to the international comics not having any dialogue: Then just do ENGLISH please. We actually prefer the original language anyways... There's literally no need for international cardbacks/comics. Aside of France, of course - which is the country we can thank for this kerfuffle because apparently not having translated text on toys is illegal there.
We have the same issue in Latin America. Not a single line of dialogue.

@@carloscarvajal5538 Absolutely horrible. You get buried under He-Mans, Skeletors and some random figures from old waves (but not the ones you actually would like to find, like Trap-Jaw or Tri-Klops). Ordering from the states is the only way to go right now.
