I really like the simplicity of this pedalboard, but I almost got one, but had to stick with my Pedaltrain Novo 24 and my VD power supply. Mainly because I use two more pedals then this board will allow, and also, I may be getting another amp head with a channel switcher, which I will need room to mount that on the board as well. I run my Morley wah/volume pedal on the floor off the board, so thats not a problem.
Great work, i too would be proud. Just a thought, maybe a piece of cardboard under the foam before cutting, to try protect the bottom of the board. Looks like your's went smooth but this tip may or may not help people out.
Nice video. I recently bought and like this pedal board. My main issue with it is the channel depth to hide the power cable. Absolute nightmare to run the power cables and get the foam back on flush. There is zero tolerance. Not using all the power adapters, and you probably won't, you'll have to tape them flush in the channel.
Put the bigger boss foot switcher on my to left and your right; and the smaller( amp/affects) foot switcher on your top left; and my right viewing aspect..the rest of the pedals are yours to complete. Just a suggestion friend.

Looking good man, these boards are quite convenient with foam over Velcro.. will be interesting to see how that holds up over time
Ps.. does it only come with one piece of foam..? What if you change the pedals?
Is it possible to show us how the GT1000 full pedal would fit on the BCB-90X...or anyone else that may have...

hahaha the struggle was real for me 2, I think i could have gotten away with half the amount of power chords. DUCK TAPE!! that helped me haha!
On the underside of the foam you can cut a channel in the foam to create extra space for power cables this should fix your problem.
