The instructions in the packet did not say to stir the water about the stool so I did place the brush on the stool and brush it for 5 second I hope that it will be acceptable for testing otherwise I did everything correctly only thing I wasn't sure of is if it should be refrigerated until tomorrow morning when I take it to the lab thank you

2:25 does not require you to handle stool, simply put your soiled toilet paper in a bag?
How often do you have to take this test?
