  • Hello and welcome to the new and long-awaited series for the Yamaha Zuma and the 158cc BBK. I got this kit a few years ago and planned on doing it in the summer but ended up having a hard time getting it started. Everyone always has mods for other bikes but for the Zuma 125 (This EFI version) there is not too much you can do to make it faster. Well here is the answer and I hope this all turns out great.
    Here is the link to the kit I am using. I suggest clicking and bookmarking this so after this series is over if you like it do me a favor and do this BBK.

    2009 to 2018 Yamama Zuma 125cc scooter. Upgrade to our most popular, premium big bore kit. This 3rd version comes with a 59mm forged piston. Higher compression for premium 91-93 octane. Nikasil bore, 100% aluminum and ceramic coated. Cools faster and lasts longer. Matched to a high-performance camshaft and properly sized injector. Works perfectly fine with stock ECU and stock throttle body. No fuel controller is needed and yields 11.5-12hp at the wheels. Most powerful and reliable BBK in the market.

      Keep in mind the pace of this series is gonna be slower since it’s 1. New 2. Less funds behind it

    Hey Ceasar, since you were able to access the battery after removing the tub under the seat, did you find an easy way to access or change the battery without removing everything?

    • @SmallEngineVelocity
      @SmallEngineVelocity  Před 2 lety

      Yea in the back of the tub there is a panel with two Philips screws. Battery is right behind it :)

    Is removing the engine necessary for this?
