We have bought this model a month ago. The machine is ultra noisy when it is in full speed of washing or drying. We have complain of our neighbours. Do you have some advise?

Yes they don't come with liquid detergent container - put it in the drum or just pour in section number 2 of drawer

Pozdrav! Kombinovane masine generalno nemaju filtere kao susare - dlacice od vesa uglavnom budu oko gume - mogu se pokupiti vlaznom krpom pre praznjenja masine, i nakon praznjenja uraditi program ispiranja (ili brzi 14 min) kako bi masina isprala i sve unutrasnje delove
Is it possible to pre set drying option when before we start washing cycle. I mean can i set washing drying at same time ? And how long its take to finish?
Sure it is! Program times will depend by your load BUT there is a spaecial fast program that wash and dry in just 59 mins!!

How do you remove detergent drawer for the purpose of cleaning? I had two Candy's before and on this one drawer won't come out when I pull it and gently lift like it was the case on previous models. It just won't come off...
On new RapidO's it's changed - you need to press the blue thing in the middle department (for softener) so it releases it

To je prilično veliki budzet :) Za te pare ako nadjes Miele na nekoj akciji ce sigurno biti pun pogodak. Bosch nikako jer vrte bubanj samo u jednom smeru, mnogo zguzvaju posteljine i sve vece stvari. Ja da kupujem kupio bih Candy Rapido sa Hibridnim sistemom susenja, jer ona trosi manje struje a mnogo je brza u odnosu na classic toplotnu pumpu... Ali ona kosta oko 60K dinara, ako si spreman da platis vise ipak pucaj na Miele :)
Does this washing machine heat the water inside or dose it take hot water from the water supply and heat it that way? We have a old boiler that take around 3 minutes of running water before it's heated.
This models for Central european market only got cold water intake.

Hi, by pressing the drying button - after 4 sensor levels the time appears. You chan choose 30 - 60 - 90 & 120 minutes

Pozdrav, imam bas ovu masinu i par pitanja. Da li je moguce namestiti na 1200 obrtaja centrifugu kao sto se vidi u uputstvu (naravno za programe koji podrzavaju to)? Sta bi najbolje opralo saren ves koji je vise prljav/flekav, koji program ili mozda uz pretpranje? Kako radi tvoja masina pri centrifugi? Imam problem da cak i kad je savrseno iznivelisem libelom, opet zna ponekad da poskoci i to ozbiljno. Isto sam nasao i jedan plasticni crni valjkasti deo ispod nje sa sestouganim linijama unutra. Cemu to sluzi? Deluje kao da je ispalo iz nje. Hvala unapred i izvinite na ovoliko pitanja.

To je odstojnik koji postoji prije nego što se odvrnu i skinu šrafovi brave rezervoara. Nakon što su šrafovi uklonjeni, oni padaju unutar ormarića, ponekad ih instalater skuplja preklapajući mašinu za pranje i sušenje rublja da stavi ruku ispod, drugi put ih ostavlja tamo. Više nisu potrebni osim ako ne morate da transportujete mašinu za pranje i sušenje i želite da ponovo blokirate kadu.

The machine looks silent when drying or washing, not spinning but that's ok for a machine like this one, Hotpoint has also noisy motors on them.
Hello, can someone tell me what the hole in the upper part of the door rubber does, since I see that it is filling with residue from clothes and soap, and I cannot clean it thoroughly. I tried many washing programs to see if water comes out but I can't. Thank you and sorry for my English.

Hello I just bought that washer dryer. I use first time dryer and I am rookie. I turn the ring into dry mode but it doesn't work. The clothes are wet when the dryer finishes. Can you help me? Should I close the water supply? I am seeing that during the dryer mode it throws water. Please assist me...is it maybe faulty?
Hello, if you see water entering through the jet, into the tub - call service for a check

Is there a filter you have to clean after drying?
Nope... just a regular filter on the bottom left of the machine to clean every few months of use :)
I’ve just bought one of these and drying anything so far is a nightmare. It took me over eight hours to dry a cover that used to take me 30mins in my old machine. I can’t seem to get clothes dry at all I put two tops and a skirt in and two hours later there sodden. If you know of any good drying cycles for clothes do they won’t shrink and take four hours I would be so grateful.
This is pretty strange as it dries in considerably less time than that... Are you sure clothes were spun at maximum speed?
Same happened to me. Had some synthetic and underwear, turned on low heat 30 minutes 3 consecutive times, clothes was still wet. Plus, it was horrible creast!!

The typology of Indesit's and Candy's rapid programs is entirely different

an @@panmasteragd4043 Indesit has more/less classic Cotton and Synthetic cycles reduced both to 59 and 45 minutes, reduced capacity and no special wash performance declaration.
Candy has totally diverse cycles in sense there is a 39 minute cycle designed to give perfect wash results (tested and verified) for a half load, then there is a special cycle washing FULL load in 59 minutes, then there are dedicated cycles for Sports and Delicates, also Hygienic cycle and "Perfect Cotton" (which is the only one similar to indesit) - then there are Candy's traditional rapid cycles since 10 years - the 14-30-44 minute ones
I saw online reviews that this Candy brand is poor quality and gets damaged easy. How's your machine doing 1 year later?
Hi, you will see on my channel I'm using various Candy machines throughout years - all of them are perfect even after 4-5-6 years. This one is flawless too

Got one, on the first unit drum stopped spinning during first wash, on the replacement unit mix power system nozzle on drum seal sprays water to a door glass instead in the drum (misaligned?). During dry cycle, water drops condense below program selection knob in space between plastic panel and front metal panel. Otherwise, very silent and techy, however poorly built.
It actually feels poorly built. That's why I didn't buy it. It has interesting characteristics that makes it stand out, but it feels cheap.
I have it now for one year it works well I had LG before it cost 3x the price and it was so loud and I didn't like it I prefer the candy.
The LG lasted for 5 years if the candy lasts for 3 years I'll be happy still worth I'll just buy newer candy

Ciao, normale - prende acqua per condensazione... La ventola e silenziosissima, pero funziona sicuramente se tutto asciutto bene 😊

Really upset!! a very complicated "smart" machine. Not didatic ....I bought the machine yesterday , not a manual , just a "general safety rules"... Hello! For wash+dry you simply select drying level before starting the wash program and it will do the work
With same button if you press enough times, you will arrive to time drying

@@jakebalor6083 hi! First, if it is an automatic washing machine the only thing you have to do is put the clothes in the drum and put the detergent and softener (the order doesn’t matter). You need to close the drawer so it can get the detergent and softener. Then the machine drains it by herself with the pump so don’t worry about it. About cycles idk what machine you have but if you could read the manual you’d understand better. I hope I helped you.

Though I tested with water only and no detergents nor clothes. I believe there's a pump or something that does everything.

Thankyou for your reply. Why is this, do you know? Also my new machine is very quiet apart from on a 1400 spin. It is surprisingly very noisy on full spin. Is this normal? Finally the drum moves about a bit when spinning like it is a little unbalanced but does this every time no matter what the load. Is this normal too? The machine itself doesn't move around, it is solid and stays in position.
@@adamski101 It all depends on the balancing... These machines are not "shy" to start spinning even when un-balanced because this saves a ton of time... Some machines extend cycle up to 1 hour more just trying to make a balance for super quiet spin. In the drawer noise you can hear comes from air fluctuations inside of the machine during spin (as there's quite a "wind" going on inside)
Thankyou. So the very noisy spin at 1400 is normal? The machine is so quiet otherwise, fhe final spin sounds like a different machine! Like it's a different motor once it gets to faster speeds. I am asking these questions because my washer dryer is brand new, a few days old and I want to determine whether it needs replacing or if it is OK.

Ive just ordered the 10kg washer version of this. Not realising they do a washer dryer. Im thinking of changing my order but do you think a drop 1kg washing and only a 5kg dryer is worth it? I think its only about 50 more in cost. Theres 7 of us in this house.
You probably need a bigger washer for 7 people. This is the smallest version for maybe 3-4 people max.

The "Kg detector", how it works?(and in which programs?) Does it display to me the total weight?
It works on standard White, Cotton and Synthetic programs. It doesn't show total weight, but only measures and adapts wash time based on amount of clothes inserted

Pošto vidim da ste testirali obe, zanima me za koju mislite da bi bila bolja kupovina, a i prošlo je dosta vremena od ovih snimaka pa možete dati zaključke. Razlika u ceni je neznatna, a svidjaju mi se obe. Baš sam neodlučan 🤷♂️ Puno pozdrava.🤗🤗🤗
Pozdrav, apsolutno RapidO. Bianca je lepa i abstraktna, ali za normalnog coveka RapidO je dosta prakticnija (pocevsi od većeg izbora brzih programa pa na dalje) 😃

Just bought it, and realised the same as all of you. it's not drying, everything is wet and smells horrible. my husband got so mad and finally turned the water access to it. it more o less dryed the towel 90 percent dry, for 3p minutes. may e that's the problem...

I have Candy and they are great machines. I looked at this machine in store yesterday and it says made in China. China? Really Candy? You can really see difference in plastic quality between the ones made in China and the ones made in Italy, the ones made in Italy looks and seem far better quality.
My washing machine candy was made in Russia
I don't think country where it made has anything to do with build quality whatsoever!! It's the quality of the materials used what matters. Just because something is Made In China, does NOT made it inferior. Some LG and some Bekos are made in China and are just fine and are quality machines, just like the very expensive IPhones and Samsung Smarphones which are all Made In China. Nothing wrong with Chinese made goods. I think you are imagining it being less quality because it Chinese made. The Italian made ones were not much better and some even exploded

Any cheap plastics or build quality issues will be down to Candy's beancounter specifications and not the fact the machine is made in China.

@@nrones my man, can i just say that i bought an identical washing machine yesterday like the one in the video except that it isn't a dryer.
But i cant get it to start i mean it has been frustrating. The "play/pause" softkey seems not to work, any ideas?
@@DonTuliosS just press it for a bit longer, with a softer part of the finger so it catches the heat
@@DonTuliosS also, make sure to wait at least 10 seconds after turning it on, so the software is loaded

Nope, I think at the moment RapidO is better. But next year there will be the new Bianca with all the improvements of Rapido + Auto-Dosing, as it was announced on this year's IFA :)

Rapidò is an evolved cross over between Bianca and Grandò. With a larger set of speed programs and many other new features.

Come lavaggio non ci si può lamentare; asciugatrice non pervenuta. Wash is ok but it doesn't dry. I'm calling the service team for advice. I'm very upset because my last washer/dryer (Candy Alizè) was perfect..........until the drum broke...........(dryer update) called Candy Assistance. Maintenance guy came and: the vapour discharge pipe was bent. Unbelievable. Dried clothes.......at last.

Unfortunately new Candy machines have heating elements of 1300 Watts. With full loads the washer will never reach the set temperature (especially if it is set to 90°C) 😔
Nope, this has 1600W... it just means it will take slightly longer to heat, but the temperature is still well able to be reached
@@nrones 1600 is the total electric absorption, but the heating element is only 1300 Watts 😢 In rapid cycles (44-59 mins) don't think it will reach, for example, 60°C...
@@lounge81 no, 1600w is of the heater... it is even written on the heater when you open it, small letters in metal on the back of heater say 1600

Does anyone have insanely long cycle times? I put it on daily (that's a short cycle as far as I can tell.). I added extra rinse and cupboard dry. It said 59' (I guess that's minutes instead of inches)... I came back 2 or 3 hours later: still washing and it says 1:47! Over 4 hours for a load of wash?! For goodness sake.
59 minutes is the wash part... The rest must have been drying, as drying naturally takes long
@@nrones 5 hours it finished at and clothes are still damp. I've never seen any dryer in my life that takes this long. I would advise anyone reading this to get something else. Who can wait this long and still have to hang clothes up. Instructions are vague and insufficient.
@@TatyanaValdaBelindaHill What was the spin speed selected? If you intend to dry in machine, spin should always be 1400 so it extracts most of the water. In any case, this machine (as pretty much any washer-dryer) takes about 2-3 hours to dry (depending on the load size and humidity they keep). Washing part of the time depends on the cycle you select :)
