- This backyard guest home is a little bit of paradise. Overlooking a private valley, with wrap around deck and stunning glasshouse dining room which looks as though it jumped out from the pages of a fantasy novel. This tiny guest house is definitely one to take notice of.
Priscilla works as an interior designer and her mastery of colour and style is evident throughout this gorgeous home, where she lived together with her husband while they constructed their main house and which now functions as a guest space for friends and family.
The design of the home is brilliant. A clever interior layout gives the home a sense of spaciousness and function, with plenty of privacy and everything needed. Whether you’re staying for a weekend, or moving in for a year, this is a place which radiates comfort.

I absolutely love this tiny house. The bathroom placed behind the kitchen is new and clever. I love the colors in the house and I like that everything is on one level. Very convenient and easy to maintain. "It's really the people in the house that matters, not the size of the house." Well said. Priscilla's joy and excitement shines through. Very contagious energy.
Actually this is one of the clever costeffective tricks, we designers hold up in our sleeves. The less plumbing walls, the less building costs. So if a kitchen and a bathroom can share a plumbing wall always go for it and save yourself some much needed bucks.

The table was a second hand find from SPCA and a cool off cut marble I found in NZ! Too precious to give it up:P
When you enter her living room, you get such a feeling of calmness. She did a fantastic job of decorating it. Got to LOVE that bathroom!

Except that this is a guesthouse and was never meant to live in permanently. There is no room for books, musical instruments, family or work papers, work area, let alone children......
The dining room and laundry are in separate buildings. Also, there’s a lot of decking which provides outdoor living space. Have to consider that in thinking of how tiny this really is.
Can't fault it! Wow! Just so beautiful, interesting, and different. Love the bathroom, the views, the deck, the greenhouse, and the owner. Thanks for finding yet another gem, Bryce.

Hats off to this designer. This is an impressive rendition. The house, the green house, the connecting decks, the gardens, etc. are an architectural success. That awnings are the cherry on the top. I love seeing a living room that’s not an open concept space. It makes it feel cozy and calm and it doesn’t look like it’s in a tiny house. Plus, her eye for aesthetics is impecable in every room, especially the bathroom 😍

This is one of my favourite tiny homes, there's so many things I really like about it, especially the kitchen/bathroom combo, everything felt perfectly livable. And Priscilla is such a lovely homeowner! This is on my short list!
Out of every tiny home you showcase, this is the one I absolutely adore the most. The interior design and the location is so breathtaking. The glasshouse dining room is whimsical and lovely. I love New Zealand! I love the look with the crisp black and white color amongst all the greenery. This set up is so cute, and the awnings are adorable. But it is so very small, 😔. However all her designs and decor makes it so charming and elegant. The kitchen is nice and functional and all the light and views are so good! The bedroom area looks very cozy and the views are so nice. I thinks she is a gifted designer and I love all she has done! I could imagine myself there and enjoying it. Well done 😂❤

I think I might be the first comment. This tiny house is very quirky, a lot of pop of color. the glasshouse dining room is pretty phenomenal. Overall, I would absolutely love to be a cousin to stay at this guest house for a couple nights!

Pricilla is lovely, such a great personality and how wonderful to be an interior designer - she has done a beautiful job with it she can be very proud of it all. So peaceful where she is, hope its ok there with the earthquakes, Wgtn has enough of them. The atmosphere is so fantastic, the deck, the green house, the sliding doors with the beautiful opening windows with the Parisien awnings, just everything looks so elegant

The best thing I liked about it is how in love she looked when she talked about her creation. 💗 Bryce didn't even have to prompt her, she explained all the tiny little details and the story behind them with such awe. I LOVED the greenhouse. It is homes like these that leave me yearning for a little retreat of my own in the unknown.

So cute!!! I personally would have kept the bedroom where it was originally intended so the door can close it off and the kitchen/ living area can be one open plan (just a personal thing as I don’t like a bed being next to a kitchen counter)… and make the main entry still through the living room side (the positioning and deck entrance is what makes the entry through the other end now but you could direct people to enter from the other side) … but I absolutely love her style and that bathroom tile is spectacular! ❤😊 $150k including that decking? Wow. Must have been pre-pandemic? Because just that tiny alone would cost that now. The tiny homes I’ve looked at in NZ that I really want are currently a minimum of $190-230 just for the home 😬 She’s got an amazing result for that cost.
I was sadly too late for the change but it worked really well when we were living there as we prefer the bigger space for lounging with all our pets.
That layout is ace 👌

Good afternoon... Bryce and Rasha... What an amazing home...the bathroom is gorgeous. The tile is beyond gorgeous 😍. Light and airy, comfy and cozy..only thing I would like the bedroom maybe to have a wall or retractable wall... the decks the outside greenhouse is absolutely gorgeous...sitting outside bug free... laundry outside is great...your home is gorgeous can only imagine your main home...hope to see what ever you do to your home God Bless ❤

I was so surprised to hear Priscilla's Singapore accent because I also watch other Tiny Homes and Small Space channels and there are a lot of Singapore homes there too. But just how the apartments in Singapore are designed are another level. I am most impressed with the Alpacas, the amazing decking AND she built a glasshouse to save a round table! 😍 The photo with her family was lovely too, they must've loved all that space & the landscape. Priscilla is very blessed indeed.

Just beautiful. I prefer the bedroom having this way rather than a loft, idk just personal preference and i'd have the loft for a nook maybe. Loved the bathroom and the outdoor seating area was such a cool personal feature
