So this last note was an E0 subharmonic and by far not his lowest. Apparently, this mans can hit anywhere from A0 (non-musicians take a wild guess at where this note can be found on a contrabass, a 4-string bass guitar, a 5-string bass guitar, a piano, etc.) to F1 in subharmonics (he can go lower in vocal fry but it kinda stops sounding like a note and more like really fast clicking), chest voice starts at F#1, head voice goes up to A5 at least, he didn't try to go higher in order not to "strain his voice too much", can probably push himself to somewhere in the 6th octave. This is technically not the widest vocal range a living human possesses worldwide (there is one guy from Kazakhstan who can hit a D8 on a good day), but definitely the widest bass voice I have ever heard, pretty sure other famous bass singers can't sing soprano. I definitely recommend watching other songs from them for even more range, no spoilers but his parts can get even wilder than here.

Geoff"s range is stupid wide... because when his voice started changing when he was a young teen he wanted to sing Rock n Roll and to do that you had to be able to sing the high notes. He fought the voice change and ended up with this impressive voice and it's equally impressive range.

As a married woman with 3 daughters, you want to know my opinion.... I am glad I am the only one that studied music in my house, that sang in choirs, ect and most importantly he is happily married. They do not realise the quality of voices like theirs, Dan Vasc or other artists who have wide well trained voices. I can tell you my husband and son are sick to death of hearing me talk about different groups with people like Geoff and Dan to the point that even if they cover their favourite songs perfectly I will not lost them to family chat. No comments on how reactors like you react either even if you agree with them. That is sort of what got them banned from my vocabulary to begin with (shrug).
As for my ears, my ears say... "Be quiet. I am listening to my music and Voiceplay, Geoff, Eli, Caesar (when he joins up) Lane, J None, all the previous members and guest performers, Dan Vasc, Homefree, Miracle of Sound, Metallica, Andrew Lloyd Webber ect. If I made the full list I would be here all night as I am sure most people would be. Yes I am aware Webber does not perform, instead writes musicals.(Phantom of the Opera)
