Thank you, Colin. This takes me back to my time in Stirling (1993 until 2009).

A wolf saved Stirling from invading Vikings. That tree was cut down to make a point. For some people climate change does not seem to be a reality. How many more trees will turned into something like this? "A work of art," other material could have been used. This will be a reminder of those who don't care about trees and the environment, if they did, a tree would not have been used. If the tree was dead then this new structure won't last as long as a living tree. Stirling is a beautiful city, it's architecture and landscape testify to the creativity of those who care about their surroundings. Trees are can integral part of our fragile planet and should not be exploited for someone(s) ability to create "art."

@@colinmcgregor1746 I'm all wrong about climate change I'm all wrong about the environment, I'm all wrong about my concerns about our planet. My comments show that I care about trees the environment and our planet. As I mentioned, if the tree was dead then the sculpture will not last as long as a living tree. If the tree was dead or sick there would be documented evidence from a professional tree surgeon. Is there? If all the tree sculptures were made from sick or dead trees then I retract my critical comments. I would like to believe that any further sculptures of this kind will be from sick or dead trees. Climate change is a reality, David Attenborough will confirm this. We all need to do our best to save the environment, not exploit it for personal attention recognition or praise. I wish you well.
