The 1 thing will absolutely NOT spend ANY money EVER is on Primal shards. Those really are a complete waste of money.
been freee to play for at least 3 years now. Today, spent money on mythical shards and saving them for another 2x event.
Its alright to spend money on the game. everything has a expiry date, be it clothes, food, vehicles etc. We are all adults espically people who play raid. Money are for purchasing what makes us happy.

P.s : i personally think raid shop are overpriced, hence i dont spend except daily gem pack on raid, but i do spent some on other games
Im on my third account, im a day or two from scyl currently. When i started this account I made it a priority to get as many void shards as possible early on. I splurged maybe 150-200$ on voids at the start in hopes of hitting 2x man eaters and thankfully i did and it worked out. Ive been clearing 2 keying UNM for probably close to 2 months on the acc, I think if youre starting and plan on spending some, its a crazy worthwhile way to spend
Buying shards have more permanent value than just for fusions.
If you find good value offer packs for them and have patience just save them for guaranteed champ events.
Demetha and King Narses comes to mind. We've had lots of good guaranteed events.

I'm in the same boat as you, super end game, have been playing since the start and haven't spent anything in the last couple years now. The 9.99 per month gem pack is the only thing i ever bought. Looking back I wish i didn't spend on that either.

and i think plarium knows that the "forbidden tab" is very ridiculous and its completely overprized but thats a psychological trick.. because when you see the prices there, then the "limited offers" on the last tab, seems very very "cheap" :) its literally a marketing strategy

Because if you take the 270 gems, you actually get 3 more ancient shards.If you use the gem's to buy them so you actually get 4 ancient shard I still wouldn't spend that tho
I bought 30 primals and pulled a Mythical Lizard this weekend (just got real lucky) . suppose I could of gone out to a movie theatre and watched a 2 hr movie and dinner with the wife but....agree with everything you said here ;)

Wierd your missing the only worthwhile thing in shop....raid cards. It's in between daily progressive limited deals. There's 2 choices but they give you the same thing, 1 is $10 a month and the other is $50 for six months. They give you a substantial boost to experience and silver by 30 or 40% and give you 70 more autoplays going from 30 to 100 everyday..... at 10 bucks a month this may be the only really good deal in the entire game. If you're f2p and really like the game and find yourself playing alot and started going for fusions events but having a hard time....this is such a big help without feeling like you're cheating your ass off. Champion training, artifact enhancement are a pain in the ass. That experience and silver drop boost can be the difference that lands the fusions you keep failing. If you play alot and $10 is do-able its the best $10 you'll ever spend in raid

I agree that the xp boost is nice, but the multi battles arent really worth much if you arent also spending on energy. i get 125 multi battles which if ur running brutal 12 3 is 1k energy a day to maintain
Yeah it's one of those things that always goes under the radar. I'm pretty curious if tested somehow how much 10 bucks could actually yield vs getting 10 bucks of a energy pack or 10 bucks for a silver pack...if you think about it these $10 raid cards could be giving a massive ammount of gain over the course of an entire month....however it's probably best plarium doesn't find out just how good it is 😂
$0.33 a day for the extra silver & XP alone is not a stretch for many people.
You must consider the gold pass for returnal player , it's one of the best money to be spend on the game .Tone of energy, much stuff and at the end Queen Elva .

I never bought silver in game but can imagine how those millions might look attractive before one knows how quickly they vanish into thin air 😅. Apart from monthly gems & FP, everything is completely anticlimactic to shop.
yep. getting items that improve your long term play experience is better then tring to gamble and get lucky. things like gems and other resources like gear can help make game more enjoyable long term. of course u can argue shards are can improve your acct, but its a gamble as opposed to sure things.

@@Ksduke10 you can buy it every months.. i bought last month and after 30 days (when i collected all gems), the monthly gem pack offer came back
The only way I can maybe see somebody buying shards and having a fair enough excuse is if they're doing it for points during events and tournaments when they run out of shards but want a following guaranteed legendary, or a fusion champion. Because at least that is a piece of permanence that they are receiving out of their expense.

wait, the rookie pack is cheaper in US dollars than it is in DKK. I buy the daily rookie pack shard and it costs 9 DKK which is 1.31 $, it should cost me 6.8 DKK, so that's almost 50% more. I feel kinda cheated. so I guess every pack costs just a little bit more for me, oh well. I'm trying to decide if buying primal shards this weekend is a good idea or not. I'm leaning towards not... I'll wait for a 2X event so I can pull double legendary again.
Some currencies are mismatched. So csn get deals cheaper with diff currency using vpn
You want to buy energy at a deal. That’s how you get through events to win great rewards. Exp: they had a deal that was like 38 refills and 4750 energy for $30. That got me through a lot of content fast. You definitely want the auto battles for sure. You then find the dungeon fight you can get the most points on. Let’s say you get 40 points for each multi battle that takes you 1 minute to clear. You need 2000 points to get all rewards for dragon turn. You then divide 2000 by 40. That’s going to be 50 battles. You set auto battle to 50, go do something else for an hour.. Then come back and you are in 1st place with all rewards. Just an example of what I just did. Save all of your shards for a double summons event. No other event is worth it as a new player. Every champ on my account came from the last double summon event. Complete campaign 3 star and get those shards. I’m on day 76 and already lvl 58.. people in my guild are around 65+ and they have been playing for a year.. I have a good team for every faction and clearing all content just fine.. I agree with the recommendations for buying. Forge pass for is very solid. Hope that helps. I’m a pretty smart person so trust me!

As a former spender, I felt bad everytime I bought something in RAID. Every single time, even in great deals. Once spent $100 on Prism shards and got 4 leggos out of it. Harima and Teodor were two of them. You'd say that's a great value. And I guess it was. But I couldn't help but to feel bad afterwards, even with the good rewards.
Free to play is the way to go.
Buyers remorse. It's totally normal. Put it in the entertainment section of your spending and don't beat yourself over it too much. But it's good you recognize it as a bad feeling
I'm so sad, I was just about to spend 20 dollars on energy, and now my prices have jumped to 60 dollars to 100 dollars. So enticing, but so is paying my rent lol. I am no longer spending money because it is way too expensive. Yes, you get more, but it is a lot of money. Groceries, food, traveling to work, one week is equivalent to spending one moment in raid. Sad times. But the gem pack? Noice
if you wanna buy energy for 20$, you should stop spending and the prices will go down again :D

What are your thoughts on Raid cards?
i missed this in my analysis - they are good if you have the play time to capitalize on them. not super easy to do so, but can be worth it overall esp during a big tournament or event that utilize camp farming for example. situational buy IMO.

Have mythicals pushed you out of any chance at being competitive in arena? I would assume that you'll never get any except mikage as a F2P unless you're crazy crazy lucky.

As an end game ftp player i would never spend cash to be honest, it would take away the satisfaction of managing to beat payers.

1 red ancient for 5 usd, they're crazy. Never spent money in this game and never will. Imho they should be paying the players for putting up with their bs, then raid would be a worthy time investment.
Iam F2P, but if i would ever spend in this overpriced game it would be in the early game, some void shards, if there is a guaranteed Maneater or so to enable UNM CB, what will give you shards worth hundreds per month, or you are a little bit short in an event like a fusion, or Hero Path for example. I for example was short some points in the hero path for Padraig, so i was willing to spend 5 bucks for 4000 Points, but luckily i got a primal from login, so i got Padraig F2P
I don't spend money in game, but if I did I'd beg to buy Arbiter and forgo stupid missions...Going to take me forever to max out accuracy in Great Hall at 2 gold bars each lol arena team SUCK lol

@@sekseemarcuskidd In which Arena are you Gold 1,2,3,4 or 5? Yeah, i started even before ypu, took some small brakes to, bit as long as you can Farm G3 or so and when you are able to get for a quest in Gold 4 it should be done in a few month

don't spend money... thats the best thing to do. If your craving spending money in the game, go out and spend it on something tangible in the real world... go buy a financial security, silver, gold... or just store it in the bank for the future. Save up, go on vacation. Treat your family to a nice meal. Anything but spending in this game.. its not needed.

The prices are high to make people spend less, if plarium was good. I know whales buy all the shit so it doesnt matter, but if they didnt the game would be more fun for everyone because it would be an actual competition vs p2w gayness. Glad Ive never bought anything and never will.
