I'd opt for Window Capture and use your computer's window with your mobile as your source, then set the chroma key the same way. I'd done that with Reality App before I worked on my VRoid model.

Hi, i use hyper online and sent it to obs, but how do i get it to look sharp and crisp? Mine looks blurry

That would have to do with the resolution. Since I don't have an iPhone I can't check that out myself, but when I'd use Reality App I'd have to make sure it was set to HD. I'd assume that Hyper has a similar graphics settings. But keep in mind that it might make your phone run hot.
