You cannot compare the case of Kerala with rest of India... Firstly, this is the third generation of foreign expart from Kerala, for majority of these people there will be relatives, or friends in the foreign country...
Secondly, these people are not some unskilled workers, but are supervisors and engineers, we do get a good degree of respect there and a comparatively good standard of living.
Thirdly, it's salary. If we get 3-4 lakhs that too without any tax , who will work for 50k or max 1 lakh salary we get in india or Kerala, with tax.

@@Apollo-Midnighter I am blaming the people who is blaming Indian govt on this .bcoz it's there right they can go anywhere to earn but poor remuneration or other factors won't be the push factor for people and the remuneration what state govt is giving in Kerala is less as compared to other states .
And it is not like that govt doesn't have money they do have but spending hefty amount on only social factor is deteriorating the condition.theres need to introduce industrial tech or hub so less number of people flee out and the number 45 is quite a huge number this definitely need to be questioned.
