Bobby simultaneously pushed r&b and hip hop to the next level 🙏🏾
@@n.b.l.5709 The only woman made him I'm sure is his probably his mother
"You don't have to come back fast but Come back!!"🙏Mike is a great motivational speaker.
Bobby and Mike are holding back! These 2 were legendary wild when they were in they're prime. Bobby is literally one of Mike's actual best friends
Of course they were holding back. Mike Tysons wife was right there lol. Besides, we all know they was running through MAJOR groupies. I love how they made sure not to talk too much so they don't get nobody else in trouble lol
Yea I thought the same thing…definitely holding back …but I’ve read their books and know these stories more in detail. I wish they could have talked about it in person for the ones that didn’t read the books. Plus their wives know who they married… and they were both with other women at the time so it shouldn’t be a big deal. They could tell the stories without implicating others plus it’s already out there. I always wanted to see them talk because they’ve been friends for so long so you know it’s genuine with them. Much love to both ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Bobbie the Goat...I loved that niqqa when he was in his prime. I still jam his shit. Love Mike too..one hitta quitta
Some things are not for camera. Especially when you're older, you try by all not to give negativity a platform.
This guy has lost his parents his daughter his ex wife and his son dude still going that’s truly inspirational
Lost his sister's fiancee gun down
Childhood friend
Lose his son Bobby just
@@steved8567 Bobby stopped doing drugs over 20 years ago he just had a very bad drinking problem he stopped Whitney didn’t he just picked up the cup stop judging
Matt Barnes did a great job. Bring him back.
Yea he's a natural at interviewing, and asking those simple but in depth questions, questions that even makes the interviewee think about their response
I've always liked Matt. His brother Jason, was a WR in the CFL with the Argos. Shout out to Canadian football.. back then.
Maaan Matt Barns is a dope ass interviewer. I noticed how smoothly he jumps in and ask the right questions at the right time, doesn’t talk over any of them and when things get a little to deep he smoothly changes the subject. Gotta love this guy, needa see him ona couple more episodes w Mike
Dope is an understatement. Matt Barnes is superb as a interviewer and just so darn humble and down to earth as a human being an ex NBA player! Love him.
I didn't know I liked Matt until seeing him after that ummm show 😂 he's a bonus for sure
Mike telling matt he loves him being his co host was wholesome as hell. Real recognize real always
Haha yeah I was just thinking about how Matt fits in well, then Mike said it
Matt Barnes is a very chill interviewer... He balances Mike out. Loved this interview with Bobby
Listen.. these young people today don’t have a clue about how mega Mike Tyson and Bobby Brown really were in their prime! They were rockstars bigger than life! At their peaks, their talents were unmatched! Legendary kings! 👑👑
You can tell how much Mike just loves Bobby.
I love how Mike can joke and laugh but then he hits you with a bit of wisdom. “It’s about the comeback… don’t have to be fast, but just come back!” That part hit me hard. Thanks Mike, that’s what I needed to hear. 🙏🏽
I didn't know Mike & Bobby are so close. The experiences and the journey. Makes the Bond between friends stronger . Good to see both Mike & Bobby in good spaces in their lives...
Yes. Back in the day Mike T, Bobby, Eddie Murphy and Arsenio were really close. If you can find an old clip of Aresrnio’s show where he talked to Whitney Houston via satellite before her wedding she’s teasing Arsenio Hall about the bachelor party they all were going to throw for Bobby.
Thank you Matt Barnes for keeping this interview in track. I love BB
Matt Barnes is awesome. He is a natural in front of the camera. Very intelligent and street.
So proud of Bobby and of him maintaining his sobriety. He's lived an amazing life. So blessed. I love his friendship and listening to stories about him and Mike Tyson.
I wished Mike didn't give him that box at the end. Never give a recovering addict paraphernalia or product.
It took a long time but Bobby came around ! He’s a real man now and I’m proud of him. Boston strong ! Much love
I am really enjoying Matt Barnes as a co-host! Bobby is looking great and I am so proud of his journey! Mike of course is always so entertaining and inspirational!!!
Bobby Brown the original Bad Boy of R&B...glad to see him on this podcast. It's amazing the journey he has been through so far in life.
@@KZ_MMA_ don't believe everything you hear, or assume things; Whitney killed Whitney.
I'm happy for Bobby that he's doing well all through what he's been through.
I too lost my son to suicide when he'd only just turned 27 two years ago, his mother followed the same way 6 months ago. Both Mike and Bobby give such inspiration as I know we've all walked simular paths and know their pain yet they're speak so eloquently and wisdom.
Adversity definitely does make the weak weaker and the strong stronger but it takes time to find that strength.
To anyone who's going through adversity be patient. The miracle of a life worth living is there for all who can open their heart and find love for God and themselves. The price of love is grief, there are no goodbyes only love.
One ❤️
Thank you for your transparency. I will pray for your healing journey.
I pray that God gives you peace, comfort, and understanding. May He bless you with your heart's desires, in the name of Jesus 🙏🏽💙
Bobby is the epitome of resilience.🙏🏾
Matt is a great interviewer . Too often, Mike's co-hosts don't aren't really good at forging the conversation.
Been waiting for a day like this. Dj whoo kid really hurt the show, Matt Barnes is exaclty what it needs and glad Mike recognized it too at the end
The good thing about Bobby he is still here with us and he lost two kids in his life and his ex-wife 🙏🏿💯 Forever Bobby Brown 🤎
This was a good one. New Edition to me is definitely one my Mount Rushmore of greatest singing groups of all time, not just R&B but all genres of music groups. From New Edition we got Bobby, we got BBD, we got Johnny Gill & while Ralph may not have had as much success solo he still showed us some Sensitivity. Not to mention groups who came up after them that Michael Bivens founded. Boys II Men, 702, Another Bad Creation, etc. Again, they're definitely the GOATS of this music 💩🤷🏾♂️
I love listening to humans that have been completely shattered by life and come back even stronger. They're my favorite stories.
Bobby's performance in Japan is easily one of the greatest tour performances ever even rivaling even Michael- This guy deserves more flowers than he gets- He Put his all in that dont be cruel album
Mike is always greatness, Bobby Brown is always straight up, Matt Barnes ran the court amazingly. Another great episode!
I know Bobby won’t see this but when I was in the military in Japan and Whitney was on tour and Bobby was there, me and two other buddies got to hang out with Bobby all night at a club in VIP. Epic is all that all I can say.
This was Grade A. Matt killed this. Had a lil feel of the original Hotboxin with new swag. I’m a fan of All The Smoke but I’m 100% in on Matt being a full time co-host of Hotboxin. 🙌🏾
This guy has had so many success stories and horrific heartbreaks. Will be great to hear from him
Seeing Bobby Brown happy and enjoying his life makes me smile I've been listening to his music since i was 4 years old i love this man! Bobby and Mike have gone through some of of the worst treatments and suffered so much they both got framed for sexual assult, got jail sentence, suffered from substance abuse, overcoming drug addiction, lossing duaghters and still being able to overcome so much pain shows resilient strength Bobby is a strong man he's lost so loved ones and still being able to remain positive and humble love them both
I loved Bobby Brown. I will never forget that Ghostbusters soundtrack...brings back memories..
Matt Barnes is an excellent co host, interviewer. He asked good questions. Love the rehab story with Suge Knight, Katt Williams, and Aaron Hall🤣🤣.
What Mike said about Death.
What Bobby said about Love.
Some deep God truths. ❤️🙏🏽
Mike and Bobby are the 2 most interesting people in the world. I could listen to their stories all day.
Matt is a class act at interviewing he can read the room when some questions are too intense and changes the subject so everyone is comfortable ! Respect
Man i was hoping for a Bobby Brown episode for the longest time considering all the history he has with Mike, also Matt was a good co-host
Love Mike and Bobby history of knowing each other threw the Ups and Downs and The Ugly 💯🙏🏿🙌🏿
Mike doing the Manscaped promo.....this made my day!!🤣🤣😂😂🤣🤣
Imagine being in a room Mike Tyson & Bobby Brown enter. You never look at the world the same again. Much respect to 2 of the GREATEST. 🙏🏿🙏🏿🙌🏾🙌🏾
The maturity of these MEN is everything ❤
I can't wait for the stories he has with Mike Tyson since they were coke buddies and have recovered well and are blessed...from tragedy to strength.
Bobby Brown and Mike tyson, two guys that remind me of a time when life was better
This Tyson & Barnes duo is a great fit 💯
Can we get Matt on the regular?
1st class show! Possibly the best youtube interview of the year! Good to see Mike & Bobby come back from their issues & they still has alot to offer to the world. Was cool when Matt said "we don't need that" when Bobby joked about breaking his sobriety. It showed compassion and humanity understanding not all people can recreational use and that's ok too! 👏💯
I’m so happy to see Bobby in a good place. Mat Barnes need to be a regular on this show. Watching this made me miss the queen Whitney Houston/brown so much ❤🙏🏽
Matt did an excellent job. Bring him back Mike. I loved hearing about Mike and Bobby’s relationship. This was a phenomenal interview. Thank you Mike.
Man I remember being like 3 years old watching ghostbusters hearing that song and just busting out dancing in the theater. That song was almost important as the movie. S/o Bobby brown fasho. Plenty hits
Everyone loves Mike and Bobby. I never met one person in my life that didn't.
Bobby is so complacent with life now. He has gone through so much drama and heartaches. He has a very comfortable life these days. I'm so happy for him.
Barnes did his thing.. glad to see Tyson & brown back together as friends, you just know they lived it up..🔥🔥🔥
Matt Barnes bring here is just clutch asf I hope he does more on mikes podcast & mike cutting promos is some of the most classic shit everrrr 😂
My guys Bobby and Mike. Thanks to the both of you for helping to make the 80's one of the best decades in entertainment history...Y'all was killing it!
I loved that they went to rehab together this conversation is everything
Awesome to see both Mike and Bobby in a good place.
Also... how is Matt Barnes the best co-host on everybody's podcast?
Mad respect for that dude. 💯
Matt's doing a good job as a co-host. Glad Mike pointed it out. People in the comment section are just hating for no reason. And the sheep are following.
Mike is at home and even more real with his boy Bobby
One the best interviews I ever seen ✨ Make Matt a permanent role dude is chill & talks good topic questions !
This is literally the hotboxing episode I've been waiting for! Matt is amazing as an interviewer. He would be a great permanent co-host.
Matt Barns really knocked it out of the ball`park he'd done his homework and held his own against two giants well done to you Matt
I love the way Matt interviews. He's really amazing as a journalist
@@starsareangels Cause he probably used to work as a Police detective who question people
Matt did an awesome job, I see why mike said I need him full time 😂
I love Mike's personality. He's so honest, non-judgmental and funny and makes anyone in his company feel comfortable. I love how Matt Barnes quickly switches to a happy topic when he sees his guest is uncomfortable or sad.
Gems all through this interview, so good to see Bobby having his stuff together & Mike genuinely enjoying his close friend. What a bond to have, especially having the battles they’ve endured in their lives.
Say what you want about Matt, dude brings a great addition to interviews. Great addition to the show. Matt needs to go main stream, really. I enjoy how he sets up his questions, he knows when to ask the intense questions and then pull back a bit.
It's very well planned I think, I like it.
Interview was sooo good!!🤗 Happy to see Mike & Bobby healthy and doing great things. 💗🙏🏾✨ Oh and Matt Barnes, he did wonderful job, his demeanor is so cool!!
B. Brown has a catalogue of MFkin HITS...
BANGERS💪🏾
"With no test there is no testimony".......Mike Tyson
Matt Barnes has always been a solid interviewer.
Very proud of the men that Mike and Bobby have become.
Mike and Bobby’s peak were my teenage years. Great conversation! Matt Barnes is a dope co-host too. I hope to see him on the show more often
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE keep this new host!!! His vibe fits much better than that other dude that just tries TOO hard!
Man, when I was a kid I modelling my whole being on Bobby Brown. I had the hairstyle, wanted that confidence, and it showed us promise. If you were a young black kid in the 80’s in the uk 🇬🇧 you’d never seen someone be so free with it.
I’m so glad he’s still alive after all his trials and tribulations. Don’t let anyone tell you representation doesn’t matter. Thank you BB for being who you are and your contributions to the life of black men.
He killed me when Bobby said he made cocaine chicken 😂😂😂
Good to see Bobby in a good place. He’s endured a lot. Blessings to him. 💞🙏🏽
Bobby Brown and ghost busters 😂 the good old days.
! Mike and Bobby bringing back memories of the late 80's to early 90's! When Mike gave the gifts to Bobby, Bobby said " I don't do none of this shit!" 😂
Bobby is a good dude! 💯
Excellent with Matt. Great duo. And loved watching you and Bobby go down memory lane and still holding strong
You can see these guys have a real bonded history together.
It's beautiful to watch them interact together.
and GREAT HOST!!
People normally don't know...My Prerogative held male R&B most sold albums...only to be broken by Usher's My Confessions decades later. Folks THAT'S HEAVY!!!! Good to see him in himself so to speak. The life he has lived would have most either not here or on meds and not here
I’m glad you said that, usher was the only male solo R&B artist from the 90’s that was able to have an album that sold more then Bobby’s
What a high podcast pace at present, thx Mike and Team Tyson!
I love what Bobby has become he is a Legend and Mike's the man in the ring wish them both the best 👌❤
Love it when real legends come together.
The world we live in tends to stay focused on someone’s past especially a famous person. They look mostly at the negative, growing pains, the art that they are famous for. The most important part is the rebound that everyone has to get in in life. We all loose the ball no matter how good you are. It’s about the recovery of the ball Life in general
For me this episode ,these three were so comfortable ,reminds me of.....back in the days 1982 - 1989
With my two cuzns.
Never knew BB and Mike were so close. There should be a part 2 of this and bring Matt Barnes back to co host!!
Matt is a great interviewer. He and Mike can carry this show to the highest heights.
I've been waiting an interview with family ... Bob & Mike! Salute to Matt Barnes
My favorite men, Bobby Brown and Mike Tyson. Great job guys! I watched this in one setting. I laughed, shed tears, and learned some things. Matt, come back, you did a great job keeping the interview on track while allowing them to be in their moment.
MATT BARNES fitted in perfectly it feel like this has been a long trial and error this season and finally found someone who doesn't talk to much who listens and who interjects at the perfect time with good questions he compliments mike perfectly man.
Keep pushing Bobby 💪🏽! Praying for your continued strength and success. Real smooth w/ it Matt 💯
Another masterpiece by Hotboxin with Mike Tyson. Keep up the good work fellas!!!
This is classic!! Watching Mike and Bobby look back and reflect on life and all of it's ups and downs! I'm certain this is just a few of the stories that they have. Two of the greatest!
Truly enjoyable enlightening and an honor to sit in with two icons who deserves much respect 👍. Mike Tyson you're a winner and a die hard, enjoy the versatility of you being a HOST with the MOST. It was so enjoyable I felt as though I was sitting there with you all, as a terminology TRULY DOPE, PRICELESS 👍
Thank you all for being a part of my life 👍
I can’t believe I made it through this whole thing. I do not have patience. But I love Bobby Brown so much! Take care of yourself Bobby. We all love you
Tyson I really wish you could have one more fight for the championship so you can be the oldest and youngest champion in heavyweight history but God bless you you still the champion in my eyes
Awesome episode! Matt Barnes did an amazing job as well, kept the show flowing smooth as a cruise boat 🙌🏾
This definitely in top 3 of all time favorite episodes. They're ALL good but the flow of the interview. Matt doing his thing right beside Mike & Bobby. Great Job
ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS INTERVIEW! I could listen to Bobby & Mike 👑🥰💜 stories all day, and great job Matt. 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 Mike the chemistry between yall was authentic n entertaining. 👌🏾🌹💯
