Technically is not slow, is just 2 frames per second, which is funny because that is actually how gacha videos usually are made.

Man, this animation is insanely good.
I like how the fighting styles actually changed between the different people
The no hit will stop right in their tracks and ensure themselves out of harms way before attacking.
The speedrunner gets knocked back and the first thing they do is use the rolling to get a good stance to attack again ASAP.
Animator uses minimal but powerful things, such as their red G-blasters. You can see this as a (kind of) metaphor for how an animator spends most of their time making animations
Artist uses quick, weak moves to get only what they need for the situation, or, as seen in the beginning, will also essentially spam that one cloning ability. As it went for the animator, it works for artist as well, but in reverse. Artists can usually keep pumping out new drawings, since it usually takes less time to make 1 very detailed frame than hundreds of rougher ones.
Oh and the memer has a gun, and * dodge* instead of actually going through the effort to dodge.

Let's be real here the only thing I can see that might need improvement is that the speed runner should probably be using the burnt pan instead of the true knife. The burnt pan is actually the only equippable item that gives you an advantage against Sans because it heals you for extra every time you use a healing item. And an experienced player like them would probably be aware of that.

Filling many minor roles in the fandom, whilst not actually truly participating in the fandom, I was crushed to see many avatars that I identified with get decimated. Then Artist stepped onto the stage and I thought of the pages and pages of Sans in my sketchbook and was filled with Determination. Then Animator stepped in and I blinked twice and came to a realization. This fandom hierarchy was built with an art bias. Understanding that, my anger quelled, if only for a bit. When Memer took the stage, I felt true peace and thought to myself: "Perhaps the hierarchy is correct after all."

I'm not gonna lie, despite being in the fandom for almost 7 years now, I've never played the game itself. I've only ever watched playthroughs of the original game, fan-games, then went on to draw and animate crap and interact with the rest of the fandom.
Also, you missed a few:
Undertale-based musicians and fanfic writers.
Fanfic writers would probably be better off not joining... The musicians though....
Closest I got was the Roblox ripoff version and scratch version.
I’d bring up the fangame creators, but this video would be a loooot longer than three minutes and twenty-three seconds.

Gacha running into battle and then immediately dying is so accurate.
There's not even a good way to portray Sans in Gacha form, so you'll mostly see crappy designs doing stupid stuff, making Gacha even worse than usual.
I mean, Gacha can be good. Just ignore cringe, heat, etc.
Some people have real talent doing Gacha, and I respect that.
