      This is just a typical lower working class American neighborhood. Who DOESN'T have a personal tennis court here, amirite?

      Really hard to do cheaper then 30,000.
      You will need a new layer asphalt on top of old or rip out everything and start new.
      Then new resurfacer, paint, line striping, possibly new polls for net.
      Adds up quick

      @@tjlomin1466 No, you definitely don't need new asphalt. They didn't do that here. Some patch maybe, then some resurfacer from Sportmaster, then color. It's cheap if you can find someone local, or DIY even. I did mine myself. A pain in the butt but not that hard.

      right! waste of such a space. they could of make beautiful landscaping and use common tennis courts . who plays tennis 24/7?

  • @virtual7insanity
    @virtual7insanity Před 2 lety

    everybody has a tennis court? this is so stupid. waste of so much space and houses are literally wall to wall to one another... On the property would be enough to make 3 at max 4 tennis courts! and save space! all would pay to maintain it little bit and that's all... really stupid;
