Whether you are religious or not, this man is standing up for all of us who believe in free speech and religious tolerance. Any right minded individual, supports the necessity of these issues being a fundamental part of any civilised society and I applaud the chaplain for standing up to these bullying hypocrites. They are trying to tear down our way of life and have infested our society at all levels, but they do not represent the British public or the values we hold dear and though it will get worse for a time.....we will recover from these endless attacks and regain control. It could happen very quickly if the press and the police remember they have a duty to the public. Journalistic integrity and protecting the public is what is required of them and it is what they're paid for. They can continue being treasonous vermin and dancing to the marxist bile or they can stand up like this man of faith. When he wins his case, the people that put him in this position need to be charged for the crimes they accuse him of. Imagine trying to sound like you have common sense and instead coming across like an ignorant flop....

If you don't like that, it is only your opinion. Which because it is your opinion and not based on looking at the evidence, as the judge did, is not worth a toss.
Do you think the judge has a right to that opinion. Or do you have the right to deny the judge that right?
And, if the decision is overturned, or not overturned on appeal, will you support that judge's right to their opinion. Or will you again tell us that you, who did not consider the evidence and the law, are so smart that you that you know better than the judge who spent more time considering the evidence than you did?

Both this broadcast and the wider coverage of this case shows there are plenty of reasons to think Judge Butler has ignored or disregarded or misrepresented or misunderstood evidence. How else (may I ask you) has the judge come to decide it was right to treat this Chaplain as a potential terrorist and deprive him of his job for what he said?
As for the judge's expertise, does she have? I mean any appropriate, specifically theological expertise in order to assess what's appropriate to be said in a sermon given in a school which is, or which at any rate purports to be, Christian... It doesn't look like she has.
As for my comments, I was saying a judge must try to be neutral, must try not to bring his or her opinions to a case. You seem to be talking about the opinion a judge gives at the end of a case... And, anyway, what you say about that seems to be contradictory: first talking as though we have to respect it as if it's necessarily right, but then recognising it can be challenged and appealled against. And of course, even if it's the opinion given by the highest court in the land, one is still entitled to think (and to argue) that it is wrong.
I'm gay and there's aspects of the LGBTQ+ ideology I disagree with! It's sad that we are no longer allowed to have an opinion different to the narrative.
Allowed or not I will continue to disagree when I know it is the right thing to do, never submit to dangerous ideology, history proves it

It's just like the insistence of some on being referred to by their pronouns and yet, at the same time they refer to biological women as cis women. What gives them the right to label those not in their club as cis or anything else. Yes, I believe you are right. There are so many verdicts given out lately that seem to put the villain before the victim. But then, woke started in colleges, spread to teacher and other training colleges. Then to courts and authorities. Then down to the next generation. This is why teachers must not be allowed to brainwash our children to THEIR woke way of thinking.
Religious beliefs are a protective characteristic under the equalities act, surely any judge of not education establishment should know and recognise this. You can’t sack someone for expressing their religious beliefs on a respectful and non confrontational manner as this Chaplain says he did.

If a judge gets the law wrong, shouldn't they be censured? If anyone else makes a serious mistake at work, it goes into their personnel record. And if happens repeatedly, they get let go.
