BEAMNG NEWS episode 87
Top story: Today is one of the special days in the callendar of BeamNG Land - the Public Transport Day! It was first announced a few years ago by President George Crashington. The idea of it is to promote public transport, especially city buses, as a much better means of transport than driving a car. All bus tickets this day are free, and special exclusive bus routes are active, so there are a lot more buses on the streets than usual! The main aim of this annual action is to reduce the amount of traffic crashes for just one day - but the President is thinking of cancelling it now, because statistics show that it leads to the exact opposite! Why does it happen, you may ask? Well, buses are not common in BeamNG Land, so seeing a lot of them on the streets at the same time causes a lot of confusion. Many drivers don't know some of the basic rules, such as that the bus has priority when driving out of a bus stop, and it's also harder to overtake them because they are longer than regular vehicles. It leads to a lot of crashes, but surprisingly, the buses themselves hardly ever get damaged in them. It makes them safer than normal vehicles, but also "more boring", as most dummies state. Buses are not as fast as personal cars, because they are much heavier. They are also harder to turn because of the length, and can sometimes get stuck. Nobody wants to use them as means of transport, so a lot of empty ones can be seen, which must be really awkward for the driver. The only visible advantage of the buses is safety, which is not only the result of them being slow, but it's also because nobody wants to purposely crash into them, knowing that they will damage their car more than the bus! The best example of it is what happened today in East Coast: Darkstig has returned after a few days of inactivity and went to cause a traffic wipeout again in his dump truck! He was hitting all cars he could see, however he was purposely avoiding all buses, knowing that they would wreck his truck! It didn't make much difference because all the buses were empty anyway, but at least it proved that they are safer than personal cars! Safety is not enough to convince dummies to use public transport though, so this annual even probably will be cancelled next year, and it will never happen again.
In other news: The craziest factory-produced vehicle ever has finally been released - The Ibishu Hopper "Crawler"! It might be the best offroad vehicle ever created by Ibishu, it was delayed for a few weeks as it was supposed to come out the same day as Gavril's updated vehicles, but it was certainly worth the wait! It features many special parts that you'd think you wouldn't get in a factory vehicle, so we're gonna list the most important ones. The most visible difference from the standard Hopper models is the cut body - it has much more wheel space, the roof is connected to the rest of the vehicle with strong metal bars, the doors have nets instead of glass, and there is a big hole instead of the trunk that makes space for a spare wheel! Speaking of wheels, they are the second thing that changed, it's equally visible as the cut body. The wheels are enormous, and they are attatched to a high-lifted, really durable crawling suspension that is of curse 4WD! Now, to the things you don't instantly see: the vehicle features some body armor and a roll cage, so a rollover is not a big deal for it! Smaller details include a mounted fire extinguisher, rock slider tubes and an antenna on the roof. The final thing can probably be heard more than seen: a V8 engine! It's the first factory model of the Hopper to have it, and many high-power car enthusiasts have been waiting for it to finally be added! The sound of the engine is loud, and the gearing is carefully tuned for best off-road performance! It's really good to see a new vehicle from Ibishu while waiting for more upcoming cars, such as the "new" old Lada and Fiat models, and speaking of them, they have an announcement at the end of the news, just in a while.

That's why our companies have agreed to change the plans - we will be releasing the more finished models on time, but the rest later than planned. All Lada models from 2101 to 2107 except for the 2105 will be released around the New Year as promised, while the 2105, 2108, 2109 and the new previously unplanned 21099 will come later in late January. The rest of the models are cancelled. As for FIAT, the 125p will be coming around the same time as the first Ladas, while the 124 around the same time as the 2nd ones. FIAT 125 has been cancelled because it hasn't been getting any attention from potential clients as opposed to the 125p which is really simmilar to it. The cars will also be getting custom horn sounds and taxi versions, so look forward to them!
LOL! Man I laughed so much, thank you for that! Yes buses are the only vehicles in BeamNG Land that can take you safely from point A to point B. Not always, but most of the times. Unless Darkstig decides to steal the 8x8 truck again :D
I haven't tried the crawler yet, as it was released on the last day I was recording videos for next week but I will use it ASAP for sure!

notice the old fashoned white truck that fell off the bridge. In the next crash that same truck is slammed into a wall. The driver had just had the truck repaired and was driving home from the mechanics garage when the crashed happened. After the second crash the driver says,''DAMN! it happened again.

@@CrashBoomPunk The H-Series addon might be the mod, it used to do the same for me until I removed it. Weird thing, when I reinstalled it after deleting a couple of other H-Series mods, it didn't crash the game anymore but exploded on spawn instead, so I deleted it again lol, it must have been conflicting with something. Still, delete it because it doesn't work anyway. Overall you should delete all mods that do anything to the H-Series, just to be safe, even stuff like Polish Roads that just add a map and additionally 1 skin to H-Series. You can keep Javielucho Mad Mod, it's safe, but remember to never spawn the train van from it, it also crashes. And definitely remove Offroad Parts mod by ItsYourBoi, it no longer works, and a lot of stuff from it is now officially in the game, with better quality. Also never spawn the Beamic Park Roamer, it will crash the game half of the time and the other half it will break on spawn, but parts from it still mostly work on normal Roamer. Also maybe delete some mods that only add new configurations, as I've noticed that you never use them in the videos anyway, and a lot of them are outdated so it might as well be one of them crashing the game. Definitely delete Ultimate Configuration Pack and DPMP, they break a lot of stuff because they haven't been updated for ages, and some of the best stuff from them was copied to some newer packs and fixed.
