Loved that! Especially about the feet. I was thanking my feet while massaging them the other day for taking me all over the world and helping me honor my path in a way. Where I'm walking, my path ahead and the path I've walked. Where my feet have taken me. ❤️ Oh! So much has happened I had to stand in my power on the land that I'm staying at in a way that literally heals lineages and it's just so much to share about can't share it all here but thank you sister also I was holding one of my space Lions last night My grey little kitty I have a whole kitten verse presently 24 with 2 more litters on the Way holding in and a new awareness to the consciousness of animals and plants so grace to be that guardin a manifestation of foster parents and sisterly love all happened today I will be shifting tomorrow for a full arrival for Mother's Day with the whole kitten verse

A note about feet: I've begun studying a bit of traditional Chinese medicine and the feet are SO important and often neglected. The feet hold many important accupressure points known for stimulating blood flow primarily to our digestive system and our Qi, or life force energy. It's highly recommended that you pamper your feet. Massage and rolling them on a cylindrical object (think rolling pin sans feet stank) even pressure, it is very good for you. Love On Your Feet!!!
A brilliant book to read on the subject is called Traditional Acupuncture and the Law of The Five Elements by Dianne Connelly. This book is so dense with information I had to read a page or two and put it down so I could process. It's beautifully fascinating and she's an amazing teacher.
Another amazing teacher and author is Lily Choi. I'm not sure if sharing her information here is appropriate? She has a book and an Instagram. Both a wealth of extremely useful information.
