One of the recurrent moments is when Lil Hunter spawns on screen. It's a hard-as-heck boss that is super fast, and basically deadly if you don't handle it properly. If you get too far he kills you from bullets, but if you get too close you die from contact or fire damage. (jackhammer is a perfect weapon to beat lil hunter)
The reason why there is a dramatic music when he spawns is because of a mod which makes him spawn with the most powerful weapon in the vanilla game: the Super Plasma Cannon (or SPC for short). It shoots 1 giant plasma bullet which divides into more plasma balls upon contact with a wall. Those extra bullets divide again into more plasma bullets. Also the bigger ones pierce through enemies.
So combining Lil Hunter and a SPC is just a bad idea. Plus, if you are in an open area, with vanilla lil hunter you're already dead, but with the SPC there's no escape.
