Boutique will never discount. The Authorised Dealers, there are some that will be willing to discount, Seiko usually falls under the 25-30 percent off, depending on model. This for example would be around 30 percent at specific authorised dealers. It is a sad fact also that the Porcelain dial and enamel dial watches are undervalued and not many people gravitate towards them due to the higher RRP and hence discounted so the Authorised dealers can make some sale on those.
