Hey! So people on Facebook are claiming that you are trans because of the Rocksmith collaboration that is going around on there. Any clarification? I am arguing that you obviously to me aren't, but these crazy people won't take no for an answer.
Your editing is pretty good. I don't get the criticism to be honest.
this new interview format suits you! you're a good listener, and you can really sum up points in a precise manner.
I'd make fun of her for posting videos of herself listening to her own music, but I'll sit in my room and listen to myself cry for an hour and a half, so I have no grounds to judge.
I'd say it's pretty normal for people to enjoy the music they make anyway. :)
I also know of guitarists who listen to their old music to think about how they can improve it.

@@ausieemu this was mostly just an excuse to make a self deprecating joke and gain some meaningless validation that will be quickly forgotten. I listen to the music I make, but that is because it is specifically for me and no one else.

Ethan it’s an interviewer, he’s just someone who talks and then invites people over to talk with him. The H3 Podcast is more conversational and long form than an interview.

One of the things I dig about Swell is that she really tries to look into all the facts and I feel like does a better job of being unbiased than a lot of so called journalists. The other is her natural conversational style that doesn’t feel like some sort of gimmick
she's really lucky to have a mom that supports her like that and doesn't force her to be something she doesn't want.

Mothica seems soooo down to Earth and humbled by her current success, her music and her vision are authentic and tell her story as a person that struggled with many things. Gabbie Hanna doesn't have that "vibe", she gives off a very entitled, not humble, out of touch person. But that's just my opinion. Gotta say I listened to Mothica's reseases right after the video and I like it much more than what Gabbie released

I think that it would get banned because of the ethical and security issues with China because Bitedance makes most of its profit from AI. IDK
it's getting banned because it's got a bunch of security issues, watch some ordinary gamers video on it
@@ambrosia_fragments Doesn't really help with TikTok, Kitboga and Some Ordinary Gamer have both done videos on how/why VPNs work and there limits. Basically, you logging in with an account that has location data of your house then swap to a VPN then now they know where you live and that you use a VPN.
@@roberthill5805 There's even more data that it steals. Apparently it can run in the background of some apps and copy down things that you type if the app has keyboard compatibility. Which is waaay scarier.

After finishing the video and reading some the comments, I’m realizing that you might’ve saw Lily Sighn (or however you spell her name oop) and took your own advice to get good at interviewing and ran with it
Loved the interview. That’s awesome someone with no label can get massive exposure through tik tok. I looked into it and saw tik tok has an intellectual property policy. However, an artist who doesn’t own a copyright or trademark on their work could run into an issue if someone else takes credit for their work. It could be problematic.
This is why being a career tiktoker is dangerous. You don't own any of your videos. Tiktok does.

I found Mothica either in 2022 through "buzzkill" and then related to the acoustic version of "vices." I fell in love instantly and have been listening ever since. She was actually my top artist of 2023 which was no surprise for me and my friends. I hope one day to see her live and I'm so excited for all that she has done and her visual album. I didn't know this interview existed until I started watching Amanda/Swell over these last few months. I was so excited to get to know more about my favorite musician.
I've been listening to Mothica ever since she released Clear, it's been great following her journey of gaining a great fanbase without signing to a label

This is a great interview and video! What I really liked about it is that with both your personality and your editing style, this interview didn’t feel awkward at ALL. which is like. HUGE. I'm really glad you made this video because I probably wouldn't have heard of Mothica otherwise (until she like, fully blew up outside of TikTok anyway lmao) and her music is extremely my kind of pop + as a musician myself I gotta support the independent artists. The hook on VICES is so fucking good I'm almost mad I didn't write it 😂
