That used to be the case but it seems like more and more they’re using school age kids to play teenagers or kids in their early 20s. I remember in the 90s it was really bad you literally had 30-year-olds playing 17-year-olds.

lol theyre almost always 20 something. but keep in mind it has to be that way cuz of child labor laws and mature content. its y netflix teens are usually played by adults while disney shows have actual teens.
