If William, Harry and their children were to be removed from the succession, next in line would be Prince Andrew, Duke of York, followed by his daughter Princess Beatrice, then HER daughter Sienna. If that line should die out, the throne would then pass to Beatrice's younger sister, Eugenie, then Eugenie's children, etc., etc.. According to the 1701 Act of Settlement, to be in the line of succession, one has to be a direct descendant of Princess Sophie of Hanover (1630-1714). There are a couple of thousand of them!
