Sure! Using a 5-Pin MIDI cable, connect the MIDI out from the Tracker into the MIDI in of the TD-3 (MIDI Channel 1), the Midi channel on the Tracker is set as a instrument, dial anti clockwise until the same Midi channel as set on the TD-3 (M01), and that's it!
