Today I brought out the gelli plate and played with charcoal and soft pastels for my #sketchbookpractice. I saw this video by ‪@yeatesmakes‬ where he shows you how to pull prints on the gelli plate using these materials. And I love it!!!! My favorite part of this technique is that you can use pastels and charcoal in your sketchbook and not worry about smudging!! Game changer! Thank you! Yeah this technique means I’ll actually be able to use pastels now in my journals. Which means I’ll probably ending up buying more pastels🙃😩😂😂
