Who are we forced to become when there’s no one we can turn to and we are left to save ourselves? Emotive and vividly visual, Soul Extract’s climatic electronic rock single "Superheroes" delves into the struggle of conjuring the actualized self.

There is a book series i find this song truly suited for. The Reckoner Series (Steelheart,FireFight, Calamity) where people with powers were expected to become the "superheroes" of the modern people, and then they end up being the villains, and a group of "normies" fight back against the tyranny of suuperpowered individuals. its a great read.

This song has much meaning and multiple layers
They have a very similar song sung in Control by Remedy. The lyrics when translated of course are too similar however I doubt that was intentional. By all the darkness surrounding would you have happened to meant the multiverse collapsing and closing in around us? Stranger things are most definitely afoot.
