What Luba needs is a camera on the front and the ability to drive it around the yard via a video feed from your couch lol. I have to redo my map after clearing more of the yard last week and get the Luba closer to the edges, tried it in the sun using my phone and I had to build a cardboard box sun blocker to see the screen, how cool would it be if you could do that manually from the sofa 😃
Well, if anything, Mammotion can learn a little from you about programming Mammotion should also in future models make the memory in the programming larger so they can send out updates and completely change the units. The way Tesla does with their cars. I’m sure new ideas will pop into their heads as time moves on . I am installing solar panels at my place this summer so for the next 25 to 30 years. I was having problems with it and Hyundai couldn't fix it, it was a lemon but I got screwed because I waited longer than the lemon laws allowed before I started pushing issues and I was just tired of dealing with it. So I dumped it at a pretty great loss. Now I don't have a car! I'm borrowing one. I liked the car had it worked as designed mine was just a dud. There's a class action against Hyundai that somebody started because of this issue we'll see Maybe I'll get something back.
Yeah I saw! You get 5 m from the base station at a minimum without satellite coverage and around 20 m as long as the lights stay on and it doesn't get dark!
@@X2B_XD I'm not sure where I'm going to put the YUKA yet. It will probably live at my house, and I'll move my Luba Omni here permanently to this property to assist. I don't like making videos at my house because I live in the "hood" 😂 much nicer to make videos here at my parents house.
Yeah they are technically both Luba1 unless you want to call the Omni luba 1.5 😂 It's just kind of a mid model refresh to add the Omni directional front tires. In the beginning we complained a lot about the grass being torn up so Mammotion came up with the Omni tires They are easier on the grass but honestly I think I prefer the original front tires now. It's easier for Luba to mow hills without the Omni tires. If it's flat ground the Omni tires are easier on the grass but if you're on a hill the back tires having to be more aggressive to compensate for the less traction in the front I think causes more damage. So it's hard to get the perfect model They have their pluses and minuses.
BTW you always "complain" that you wasted your time on a video, and that the video is not really good and so on - but it is precicely these kinds of videos that are great. Simple, spontaneous, just stuff you do, lol. All the "high end" production videos from big tubers have become tiresome. They feel "artificial".

Blades are cheap I got some titanium coated blades on Amazon for about $50 and I think there were over 50 in the pack. They also work very well.

CP, does Luba do OTA updates for OG and Omni? You mentioned it goes faster backwards than previously.
Yes, They changed the app quite a bit actually. Occasionally there's also a firmware update for the mower that changes things
