And back to the first problem, since I used too many slots on operators whose role is to bait the boss's skills, you might need to bring a Summoner (using summons as bait can work too). In that case, you will have two remaining slots in your squad, which you can use to deal with the Hexed Colossi. I hope these suggestions help you. If you have Treasure in the Trees as an outpost like me you can intercept the boss there with arts team. I decimate the boss with Ifrit s3 + Goldenglow s2 + Eyja s2 + Quibai s3 + Virtuosa s1 + Texas s2 + Shu s3. Even if you don’t maxed them out I can guarantee you the boss will die within 2 skill cycle. You can block the boss with lv2 construct and it’ll probably last till the next cycle. If not then just repair it or replace it.

How do you get the deployment limit beyond 6?
Build construction that gives you that.
I don't remember how it's called, but if I'm correct, you can do that on lvl 3+ base.
