Its weird to hear a 0-100 of 5 seconds being described as 'not especially fast'. When I was growing up, that was the region of things like the Ferrari F360 and hot Lancer Evos. xD

It’s amazing how our standards have changed these days, but the reality is that it’s not considered very fast for electric vehicles in this segment. But as we mentioned in the video, this car isn’t sold based on its performance, it’s more about the overall experience of luxury and comfort.

It doesn't get much more poorly-engineered than modern German cars, so if a Hongqi can last a month without going back to the dealer it's better than a BMW. If it can last 5 years without electronics failures that take the dealer 3 weeks to diagnose, it's better than a Mercedes or Audi too. When Lexus came out, it took them less than a decade to get respected because the Germans were too expensive and the Americans were too complete garbage, even though there was still plenty of prejudice against the Japanese and their cars in the late 80s/early 90s.

As a documentary maker of old, may I humbly offer one piece of advice - when you go to start a section that has a cut to it, take at least one or two full steps forward before talking. That gives the editor the ability to cut on the action which eliminates an awkward pause. Your videos flow mostly well but this cutting to a stationary you before you move and speak is not befitting the smooth delivery of your pieces. Otherwise, well done and good luck.
