Thats why its called a "try to WATCH this without laughing or grinning", not "try to watch this and then withstand people watching you and probing you trying to MAKE you laugh without laughing or grinning"...

I don't think they should be penalized AFTER watching the video. If they smile or laugh after that, it shouldn't count, especially if the staff behind the camera MAKE them laugh afterwards.
